It was learned that the police in Xining City all said privately that they would not touch Falun Gong practitioners any more. They experienced personally that their retributions were proportionate and immediate, and they dared not hit practitioners any more.

Here we hope that the practitioners in Qinghai will be even more diligent in their clarifying the truth and "Assisting Teacher in his journey in this world" ("Assisting the Fa" in Hongyin, a collection of Teacher's poems), and strengthen their righteous thoughts to eliminate the evil and clarify the truth to more people.
