During the Spring of 2001, my neighbor Auntie Liu Dashen (pseudonym), who is in her seventies, came to me and Auntie Li (pseudonym), saying that her younger sister Liu Ershen was coming from her hometown, and that she wanted to learn Falun Dafa. Liu Dashen said her sister was in the later stages of lymphatic cancer, and doctors had already pronounced her as a hopeless case. In spite of this diagnosis, she kept saying: "I will be ok if I learn Falun Dafa. I just want to practice Falun Dafa." She knew that her older sister could locate some Dafa practitioners to teach her the exercises. She said that she could not close her eyes, as once she did, she would feel as if she were riding a big horse that was running towards her sister's home. Her relatives were unable to dissuade her and sent her to Liu Dashen's house. Auntie Li and I thought that maybe she couldn't cultivate because she would be too attached to her severe illness. Even though Liu Ershen's illness was severe, her attitude was definitely not like what one might imagine, and her predestined relationship was very great. So we decided to teach her the exercises. When we went to see her in Liu Dashen's home, we were surprised to see what bad shape Liu Ershen was in. On the top right side of her face, there was a huge tumor. It was so big that it squeezed her right eye to one side. The sight was very frightening. The lymphatic cancer was already spreading to her shoulders and chest. We wanted to teach her the exercises, but she could not lift her left arm. She said: "I won't think of it as an illness. I can't lift my arm, but I will think of practicing in my mind." Her heart truly touched all of us. Like this, Liu Ershen lay on the bed and listened to the tapes of Teacher's lectures, and she also practiced the movements as much as she could. Her heart was very earnest, and she persisted every day.

Not many days afterwards, Dafa's magnificence displayed itself. Teacher helped her to eliminate the karma. She suffered from vomiting and diarrhea. She vomited two black ball-like substances, which seemed to be filled with pus and blood. Her entire body was extremely itchy, and it looked like it was emitting yellow liquid. After one month, when Liu Ershen returned back to her home, she was already able to lift her arm. For the next seven months, Teacher was always cleansing her body. She was only able to drink some milk, and didn't even eat any food. On October 1 of 2001, Liu Ershen had a dream. Teacher was leading a group of practitioners along hurriedly. She yelled at Teacher but he did not respond. After waking up, she realized that she was not diligent enough, and that she needed to quickly advance in her cultivation. After that, she was able to eat solid food. She used to be all skin and bones, but now she's started to fill out a bit and gained a spring in her step. She now weighs over one hundred and twenty pounds. So far, her life has been extended by two years. Even though there are still some reactions, the tumor on her head is becoming smaller and smaller, and she is able to walk around and cook on her own.

Liu Ershen is extremely grateful to Teacher. She said: "If Teacher Li did not save me, I would have died long ago!" Her family members and neighbors that live in the town have all come to know about this miracle of Dafa. After seeing this great change, Liu Dashen also started to practice Falun Gong. Her fingers, which were bent because of arthritis, could be straightened again, and her feet stopped hurting. Liu Dashen said: "It is truly great; I can't stop, I will practice every day." After my relatives saw this evidence, they also said: "Before, we only saw Dafa's greatness through books and flyers. This time, we witnessed it with our own eyes. Dafa is truly magnificent!"
