Nancy and her mother started to practice Falun Gong together when Nancy was four years old. One day, little Nancy by chance opened Zhuan Falun, and she saw the picture of Teacher. A few days later, she said, "Mum, I feel there is something spinning in my stomach."

Nancy likes to listen to Teacher's lectures the most, and she often watches videos of Teacher's lectures with her mother. Nancy always concentrates on listening; she also applauds and smiles with understanding. Nancy's biggest wish is to listen to "Lunyu" [Introduction to Zhuan Falun] once before she goes to sleep. She often joins group Fa study with her mother. Once, after getting home from Fa study, she looked for chocolates all over the house and found more and more. She was very happy and then said to herself, "I should understand the Fa from the Fa. It is an attachment to be greedy for chocolates. Ok, I am not going to look for any more."

Nancy often helps her mother to cultivate. When her mother argues with her father, who does not practice Falun Gong, she always reminds her mother, "Mum, if you argue with dad, then you are not a practitioner."

Nancy's father was against her practicing Falun Gong and said to her, "Nancy, don't practice Falun Gong any more. Follow your dad and practice something else." Nancy refused immediately, "You made up the exercise, it can't be counted." "But your Falun Gong is also made up." "No! It's not. It is taught by our Teacher." "What is Falun Gong?" "Falun Gong is Truthfulness, Compassion, Forbearance." "What is Truthfulness, Compassion, Forbearance?" "It is the law of the universe."

When Nancy hears people saying Falun Gong is not good, she feels very sad. Once, when her father and his friends repeated the lies of the Chinese media, she became very serious and said, "How can you say bad things about Falun Gong, I say Falun Gong is good, Falun Gong is the righteous law." Her tone was very strong and firm, so her father and his friends had to stop this topic.

In her daily life, Nancy remembers to talk about Falun Gong to her father all the time. "Dad, if you practice Falun Gong, you won't feel so tired." "Dad, if everyone in the world practiced Falun Gong, things like the 9.11 event wouldn't happen." "Dad, if you practice Falun Gong, you won't have any illness, and you will become younger and younger." With Nancy's persistent efforts, her dad has changed enormously, and he now supports her mother's efforts to introduce Falun Gong to others and shares some housework on his own initiative.

One day, dad asked Nancy how to cultivate Buddhahood. Nancy said, "First, you need to study the Fa and read the book every day. Secondly, you need to practice the exercises with others, and go out to introduce Falun Gong to others; gradually you will succeed in your cultivation."

After Nancy practiced Falun Gong for four months, she was lucky to see compassionate Teacher at the Washington DC on July 21st, 2001. She was sitting next to Teacher's feet in Boston. When she came back, she became more diligent. She sings and dances together with young fellow practitioners and demonstrates the exercises. She never falls behind in introducing Falun Gong to others. One morning, Nancy did not want to get up, but when her mother told her it was a Falun Dafa Day and they would introduce Falun Gong at the Children's Hospital, she got up from bed as soon as she opened her eyes.

Teacher said Dafa practitioners need to clarify the truth to everyday people and save all sentient beings. Little Nancy is also unwilling to fall behind. She asked her mother what she could do. Her mother said, "You only need to tell your young friends that Falun Gong is good, that it asks people to be good people. Practicing the exercises can bring good health and vitality. Upon learning Truthfulness, Compassion, Forbearance, children can mutually cherish and care about each other. It is good if they do not tell lies, bully others and struggle for the toys. After listening to her mother's words, Nancy and her mother together introduced Falun Gong to her schoolteachers and the principal. On the second day, her schoolteachers talked about what "Compassion" is in the class and encouraged everyone to treat classmates kindly. Then the principal even held "Truthfulness Week" and "Compassion Week" activities in the whole school.

Nancy started to learn drawing and dancing from the age of three, and she entered the Yamaha Music School to learn piano when she was four. She also joined an Australian female chorus group when she was five. There are few girls among the young practitioners in Melbourne, so she is expected to participate in many activities to introduce Falun Gong. To an everyday person, it is very hard to find the time. However, Nancy made it, which shows the mighty power and miracle of Dafa.

When cultivating in the human world, trivial things are not avoidable in daily life. If we use the human mentality to deal with matters, time is actually very limited, and we will feel unbearably busy. The more we do, the busier we are. However looking at things from the perspective of cultivators makes a difference. A cultivator uses the universal law to see the essence of things. Facing the same trivial things in daily life, when we can regard all of these as cultivation, especially when we can have a righteous heart as a cultivator at any time, anywhere, the supernormal side of Dafa will manifest. When we can do the things that cultivators should do, we find there is no conflict between doing all the ordinary work well and stepping forward to introduce Dafa. In contrast, they mutually promote each other. Because Dafa is perfectly harmonized, all the conflicts come from human hearts, such as, " 'I' have the responsibility to raise and educate 'my' children; otherwise he or she will not have a 'future.' A 'little me' and a 'future' in the human world prevent Fa-rectification Dafa practitioners from fulfilling their historical missions of a 'universal big me' and a more magnificent future of saving sentient beings. Do justice to children's human side but not their enlightened side." Today in this human world, what else can bring a better future and benefits to children and what can be more responsible to them than letting them attain Dafa and introducing Dafa to them? I am afraid that every parent who cultivates knows this clearly in their heart, but it is difficult to do.

During one term, Nancy delayed lots of school work due to two trips to the USA. Nancy, who was originally not good at English, found it difficult to catch up. Her teacher was a bit worried. Her mother said to her, "Because mum is so busy, I cannot be like other mums who have time every day to help Nancy read, study and spell, but Nancy is a young Dafa practitioner. Teacher said a young practitioner must first be a good student, so Nancy must fully use the time in class and concentrate." A few weeks later, Nancy received an outstanding thesis prize from the principal. She gave her mother a surprise.

Nancy is not only a good student in school, she is also among the best in other classes such as singing, piano and drawing. All of these reveal the power of Dafa. Actually when a practitioner can truly achieve righteous thoughts, righteous actions and righteous faith, what our compassionate Teacher has given us in this dimension is not achievable through everyday people's efforts. But we can only gain without any pursuit. Everything depends on one's heart. Nancy depends on her sincere faith in our Teacher, and the magnificence of Dafa is manifested in her words and behavior.
