Falun Gong Practitioner Wang Hong'gang Dies at the Hands of the Harbin City Police Department in Heilongjiang Province

(Clearwisdom.net) According to a Falun Dafa Information Center report on December 31, 2002, from Heilongjiang Province, Falun Gong practitioner Wang Hong'gang was tortured to death during an interrogation at Section Two, Division Seven of the Harbin City Police Department's Detention Center on June 18, 2002. The police department blocked this information and has not yet notified Wang Hong'gang's family of his death.

An official at Harbin City "610 Office" confirmed the death of Wang Hong'gang to the FDI reporter. He also said, "The person who was in charge of this case is not here, so I don't know the details about his death." [The "610 Office is an agency specifically created to persecute Falun Gong, with absolute power over each level of administration in the Party and all other political and judiciary systems]
