(Clearwisdom.com) Policeman Li Xiejiang of Jinzhou City, Liaoning Province, together with Heishan City policemen Xu Guizhou, Xiao Zhongying, and Bi Shijun, used cruel methods to torture Dafa practitioners. Below are the details:

1. They violently beat Dafa practitioners' faces with cactus leaves. The thorns jabbed into and broke off in the flesh. The pain was hard to endure.
2. They tied practitioners tightly with thick wire cables, and then they used hand-cranked telephones to generate electricity to shock the practitioners all over their bodies. Each time the electric shock torture lasted for about 8 hours. The pain caused by the torture was impossible to describe.

Recently, three Dafa practitioners were released. Two had 20,000 and 30,000 Yuan extorted from them, respectively.

Policeman Zhao Yong of the 12^th Ave. police station in Shenyang City has been continuously dispatching people to follow and kidnap Dafa practitioners since July 20, 1999. Through his hands, they have kidnapped Dafa practitioners Song Xiangzhen (female, died from the persecution; the previous four times that she was abducted before her death were directed by Zhao Yong), Liu Xiangdang, Zhang Ke, Wang Shuhuan (female), and two others whose names are unknown. Some other practitioners were forced to leave home and wander about to avoid the persecution. Because of his "good job" in kidnapping Dafa practitioners, Zhao Yong was named as a "model police officer," and he is now still continuously doing evil deeds. He reports on the Dafa practitioners who are still at home and plans to kidnap them.

Policeman Tang Yubao from the Longshan Forced Labor Camp in Shenyang City has been continuously persecuting Dafa practitioners since 1999. He often brutally beats Dafa practitioners. On Dec. 6, 2001, he violently abducted Dafa practitioner Zhou Benlan (female) and sent her to the Longshan Forced Labor Camp. He also pursues promotions and money through persecuting Dafa practitioners.
