The service building consists of two stories. The dining
hall is on the first floor. The second floor is for inmates to stay.
The Labor Camp organized police to persecute Dafa practitioners on the
2nd floor many times. |
This is the prison area of the labor camp. It is a four-story building. The
first floor is shielded by high walls and woods. Many Dafa practitioners are
illegally detained here. The Labor Camp organized police to persecute Dafa
practitioners on this floor many times.
Huludao Ward Center
The ward center is located in Qidun Village, Longgang Area, Huludao City.
It was called Qitun Ward Center in previous reports.

Huludao Detention Center
The detention center is located in Qidun Village, Huludao City. This photo
shows the front gate of the detention center. In September and October 1999,
more than two hundred Dafa practitioners were detained here.
