and another person named Fang were also sent to Masanjia. Both of them are determined Dafa
practitioners. 2. Please Distribute Anti-Internet-Blocking Software to Chinese People When communicating with my friends, I found that they have no effective ways to break through the
internet blocking by the Chinese government. I personally found that some small software tool kits
are simple, stable, and effective. I here want to remind overseas Dafa practitioners: When
clarifying the truth of Dafa to Chinese people through the Internet, please distribute those compact
software programs to them at the same time. That way, people will be able to visit overseas websites
by themselves in order to overthrow the arrangements made by the old forces, enhance the effects of
truth clarification and leave no corners for lies. One person frequently reads articles from the Minghui (Clearwisdom.net) website, listens to Dafa
practitioners about the truth of Dafa and is aware that Dafa is good. One time this person told Dafa
practitioners: "You print flyers with your own money. I am not wealthy, but I will donate 5
Yuan [Chinese currency, the monthly salary for an average Chinese urban worker is about 500 Yuan].
If you can print one more flyer, one more person will be saved. Just try your best!" 4. Jiang's Regime Wasted Taxpayers' Money Earned by Hard Toil to Persecute
Falun Gong In June 2003, Jiang's regime allotted a fund to the "610 Office"* of Gelaqin Qi (an
administrative level in Inner Mongolia, China) to persecute Dafa practitioners. Since June 2003, the
"610 Office" has spent over ten thousand Yuan to abuse Dafa practitioners. There have been
five brainwashing sessions lasting 15 days each. The Matiyingzi Township even hired eight people to
monitor and control Dafa practitioners 24 hours a day. They also hired collaborator [former Falun
Dafa practitioners who have given up their practice under severe pressure and torture and now assist
the authorities in the persecution of Falun Dafa practitioners] Zhang Li to assist them in
persecuting Dafa practitioners. People involved in persecuting Dafa practitioners at the Gelaqin Qi "610 Office": Song Shiyong, and Liu Dayong * a bureau specifically created to persecute Falun Gong. It has absolute power over each level of
