On October 10, after the practitioner responsible for coordinating Xiangfan City's materials production site went missing, the site was destroyed. It's known that three female practitioners were arrested. The situation of other practitioners is yet unknown.

Liu Weihua is the leader for the Political & Security Team, Meihekou City Police Department. He is now primarily in charge of persecuting Falun Gong. Right after she took office, she ordered every police precinct to locate all Dafa practitioners and forced them to write the "Three Statements,"** otherwise they would be sent to brainwashing classes.
