Update: Lin Shiao-Kai Returned to Taiwan

With the rescue efforts by people from all walks of life in Taiwan and Dafa practitioners around the world, Falun Dafa practitioner from Taiwan, Mr. Lin Shiao-Kai, has re-gained freedom and returned to Taiwan on October 28 (local time).

Mr. Lin said he was not tortured by Chinese authorities, but he is very tired both physically and mentally. He will hold a press conference after some rest.
