Prison Guards and Prisoners Say Falun Gong Practitioners Are Good People

(Clearwisdom.net) Since July of 1999, my younger brother has been illegally imprisoned three different times because he steadfastly practices Falun Dafa. My younger sister has also been arrested due to my practice of Falun Gong. When I went to visit my sister and pay her living expense, I made a trip to another prison to visit my younger brother. The prison guard asked me who I was visiting. I told him my brother's name and the guard said, "He practices Falun Gong. Okay, you can go ahead. Those who practice Falun Gong are all good people. It just started a few years ago, and the number of people who practice Falun Gong already exceeds the membership of the Party. How can the Party not be afraid?"

Upon his release, a prisoner who used to share the cell with my brother went out of his way to find our place and tell us about my brother's situation. He said, "Those who practice Falun Gong are all good people. The leader in the prison sent your brother to the juvenile cells for a year to educate the youngsters. The youngsters listened to him, and order in the cells improved."

Later, when I went to the prison to visit my family members, the youngsters that were on working shifts actively waved to me; they all know that Falun Dafa is good.

My family practices Falun Gong and as a result, three members of my family have been illegally imprisoned. Our neighbor Mrs. Zhang is over 70 years old. Every time she sees me she asks, "Where is your family being imprisoned?" She wishes to find out in order to pay them a visit. Mrs. Zhang said angrily, "I think there aren't enough practitioners. I wish everyone practiced Falun Gong . They couldn't arrest all the people. It would be impossible to lock everyone up in cells. People practice Falun Gong for good health, and they arrest them and sentence them to prison. We can't even visit them. They let murderers and thieves run free; instead they go after the good people. What kind of society is this?"
