(Clearwisdom.net) After July 20, 1999, fellow practitioners from other cities risked their lives to send Master's new scriptures and articles on the Minghui website to us one after another. Through constant study, we firmly maintained righteous thoughts. Some fellow practitioners who had previously given up came back to the Fa-rectification again.

Teacher said in "Righteous Thoughts", "Dafa disciples are now sentient beings' only, sole hope for salvation." We deeply realized the significance and importance of Dafa disciples' responsibility during the Fa-rectification period. Under Teacher's guidance, we sincerely followed Teacher's words and kept studying the Fa, practicing, clarifying the truth, sending forth righteous thoughts, and making the best use of the time to offer salvation to all sentient beings. Here are parts of our experiences.

At the very beginning, only four fellow practitioners stepped forward to distribute truth-clarifying materials and it was always two for each group. Most roads in our township are in the mountain area. It is very difficult to walk and the houses are scattered. Some remote places can take 70 to 80 miles for a round trip. Every time after finishing the distribution of the truth-clarifying materials, it was already dawn when most fellow practitioners returned home. We always walked, and sometimes we needed to climb the mountain. Fellow practitioners often had blisters on their feet or their toenails dropped off. We made hundreds of banners and posted them along the trails, the roads and the plaza. Whenever we met others on the way, we clarified the truth and gave materials and cards to them.

Later, some fellow practitioners who were previously afraid of stepping forward now did so, one after another, and proactively gave truth-clarifying materials to people. In the past four years, we have visited all the villages in our township, delivering the truth clarification materials to their doors. More and more people now know the truth.

Later, we began to clarify the truth outside our township. A fellow practitioner's mother-in-law lives in a township that is more than 100 miles away, requiring a very long walk on mountain roads. Nobody had been there to clarify the truth yet. Several of us went there twice with the practitioner's mother-in-law. On the first trip, we posted banners and gave out 400 copies of truth-clarifying materials. For the second trip, we took the side route and climbed over the big mountain. We left at 4 o'clock in the afternoon and arrived at the township at 8 p.m. We didn't want to be a burden on the fellow practitioner's relative, so we took noodles and water with us.

After 8 p.m., we started to give out truth-clarification materials and place the red posters -- "Falun Dafa is good," "Falun Dafa is the righteous Fa," "Truthfulness, Compassion and Tolerance" -- on the trees, telephone poles, and walls. Almost every family's front door had a copy of truth-clarification materials. In one night, we walked through a dozen villages and gave out more than 800 copies of truth-clarification materials. When we finished, it was already 5 o'clock in the morning . We didn't return home until 2 o'clock in the afternoon. This was a round trip of more than 130 miles, and it took us 22 hours to walk, taking less than two hours rest. The miracle was that none of us was tired.

We always sent out righteous thoughts together before going out to clarify the truth. This is to eliminate all the evil elements in the area. Everything has gone smoothly. Even though some practitioners experienced minor troubles, they were able to escape from danger every time.

There was one time that two female practitioners were found by a stranger when they were giving out materials in a village. They left right away. When they reached the creek beside the village, they found a motorcycle with its light on waiting by the road. It turned out that person reported them (the township has a new regulation that reporting a Dafa practitioner would be rewarded with 500 Yuan*). These two practitioners thought: We should not let them succeed in catching us and we must escape from them. So these two practitioners used all of their strength to run toward the mountain. That was around 11 at night. It was very dark and hard to see. They became separated. One of them was in her 50s and fell into a big hole more than 10 feet deep that was filled with water. She tried several times to climb out but failed. At that moment, she asked Teacher to strengthen her: "Teacher, please strengthen me. Your disciple must escape from this den so that no loss is brought to Dafa." Thus she was able to climb out with no problem at all. She understood that it was Teacher who helped her. After she reached the top of the mountain and looked down, she saw that the motorcycle was waiting for her on the main road, so she walked along the road around the mountain. She didn't remember how many falls she had and how many ridges that she had to go through. Under Teacher's protection, she escaped from the dangers and safely returned home. When she ran, Teacher opened her celestial eye. She saw very intense lights and many rows of demons jumping onto her. She held up her hand to send forth righteous thoughts, and all the demons were vanquished. This was the first time she was able to see other dimensions since beginning cultivation. She realized that this was Teacher protecting and encouraging her.

* Yuan is the Chinese currency. The average monthly salary of an urban worker in China is 500 Yuan.
