(Clearwisdom.net) On July 23, 2003, policemen Zhang Tieli and Song Jiancheng from Weihe forestry bureau's local police station in Shangzhi city, Heilongjiang Province, tracked Dafa practitioner Meng Jingmin to her mother-in-law's home. From here, they arrested her and took her to the police station, and illegally sentenced her to three years of forced labor.
Policeman Zhang Tieli once hid outside of a male Dafa practitioner's house in 2000, kidnapped him, and illegally sentenced him to three years of forced labor. (Because of health reasons, the forced labor camp wouldn't accept him). The police can obtain a monetary reward of 5,000 Yuan for kidnapping a Dafa practitioner.
This same policeman joined with others to violently beat a female Dafa practitioner in the local police station in 2001. It was said by an insider that she was beaten mercilessly from dusk until dawn in an attempt to extort a confession. She was shocked with an electric baton, cuffed and hung up, slapped on the face, beaten on the head using a water bottle, cuffed and kicked, doused with cold water, and so on. When they were through with her, she was beyond recognition, lying huddled up on the verge of death. She was then thrown into a police vehicle and sent to the detention center. From there, she was illegally sentenced and sent to a forced labor camp. The four people who participated in this merciless beating are: Feng Li, Zhang Yunshen, Jiao, and Zhang Tieli.
Policeman Song Jiancheng once intruded into a private residence by climbing over a barrier in the winter of 2000. He kidnapped a female Dafa practitioner and illegally sentenced her to one year of labor education. This female Dafa practitioner's child was very small and still being breast-fed at the time. Her husband was working away from home and her mother-in-law was in another province. Nobody was left at home to take care of the little baby.
