On October 15, 2003, the Benxi City Political & Judiciary Committee held a brainwashing session at the Weining Forced Labor Camp. Practitioners arrested so far and forced to attend the compulsory session include Mr. Zhang Jingxue and Mr. Zhang Ruifeng.

Zhang Jingxue is a Dafa practitioner from Sandaogang Street, Xihu District in Benxi City. At 5:00 a.m. on October 15, personnel from the Xihu District Political & Judiciary Committee, from the Huolianzhai Police Station and Sandaogang Street Residence Committee collaborated to forcibly take Zhang Jingxue away from home.

Zhang Ruifeng is an employee of the Benxi City Steel Company. In the morning of October 16, when he was about to take the company bus to work, policemen from the security section for the Benxi City Steel Company (former Xigang Police Station of Benxi City Steel Company) who had been waiting there arrested him.

On the afternoon of October 16, personnel from Chenghua District's "610 Office," together with policemen from the Chenghua Police Department and the Erxianqiao Police Station, suddenly went to the Security Section of the Vehicle Factory. They ordered the Security Section staff to bring Dafa practitioners Yang Hong and Wu Dingrong to them, where they were promptly arrested. They tortured the practitioners until nightfall. The practitioners are now being detained at the Xinjin Brainwashing session. Yang Hong was forced to pay 1,000 Yuan to his captors to as a brainwashing fee. Fellow practitioners, let's resist the evil persecution, and send righteous thoughts to eliminate all evil factors in other dimensions behind the persecution.

In the evening of October 13, 2003, police from the Qiaoxi Precinct, in collusion with police and collaborators from the Xingtai City Brainwashing Center, abducted 12 Dafa practitioners to this brainwashing center. Collaborator Li Meiyun, an employee at the Gequan Coal Mine and who currently works at the brainwashing center, claimed that they had not caught enough Dafa practitioners. Her father-in-law was also arrested and sent to the brainwashing center.

Recently, the "610 Office " has been sued in several countries for brutally persecuting Falun Gong practitioners. To cover up their crimes, the "610 Office" changed its name to "Office for Clearing up Evil Cults."

According to a reliable source, Jiang's regime disregards natural and manmade disasters across the country, and takes no notice of the poor living conditions of those people suffering from calamities and the hundreds of millions of unemployed workers. In spite of all these misfortunes, the regime issued a secret document to make available large amounts of funds, prepare special vehicles and install surveillance equipment, all in an attempt to conduct a new round of persecution against Falun Gong. They do not dare to make public the document's content. The secret document is another attempt to brainwash all Dafa practitioners who are still practicing, and to make them write the "Three Statements. " If the practitioners do not comply, they are to be cruelly beaten and tortured until they do sign documents renouncing their belief.

We hope that all Dafa practitioners will send forth righteous thoughts, completely eliminate the evil that causes interference in other dimensions, and completely end the old forces' involvement.

Dafa practitioner Mr. Wang Chengde, from Suizhong County, Huludao City, Liaoning Province, has been on a hunger strike for over one month to protest his illegal detention. Currently he is being tortured by being force-fed with salt water. We hope that Dafa practitioners will help Wang Chengde by sending forth righteous thoughts.

In the morning of October 15, 2003, when Dafa practitioners Ms. Wang Xiang, Ms. Zhang Qiongfang, Ms. Wu Xiouqing, Ms. Wu Yuzhen and Luo from Xinjin County were clarifying the truth at Xianzhu Temple in Xingyi Township of Xinjin County, police from the Xinjin County Police Department illegally arrested and sent them to Xinjin County Detention Center on the same day. Afterwards, when their families went to see them, officers from the detention center said, "They have been sent to another county."

On October 15, 2003, persons from Xinjin County Police Department arrested Dafa practitioner Ms. He Chengxiu from home . Before her arrest, the police ordered her to go to the Prosecuting Department. They lied to her, saying that it was the Prosecuting Department that wanted to see her because she was bailed out for medical treatment. Later, someone went to the detention center to see her but he was told, "You can get her information when she is on trial." It's likely that she is going to be illegally sentenced.

Recently, Xinjin County Police Department ordered all passenger transportation drivers in Xinjin County to report any Dafa practitioner who clarifies the truth about the persecution against Dafa while on a bus. They threatened the drivers that they equipped buses with monitors and if the drivers didn't report it, they will be fined 500 Yuan for each occurrence.
