With Sister Detained at Luohu Customs in Shenzhen City, Hong Kong Falun Gong Practitioner Writes to Legislative Council for Help

(Clearwisdom.net) Because his sister Ms. Lin Junhui was detained by the National Security Bureau upon her visit in Hong Kong, Falun Gong practitioner Lin Junqing, a Hong Kong resident, wrote to the Hong Kong Legislative Council and called for help in rescuing his sister.

Respected Members of the Legislative Council:

Greetings!

My name is Lin Junqing and I am a Falun Gong practitioner in Hong Kong. My younger sister Lin Junhui, 37 years old, was persecuted in Shenzhen City because she practiced Falun Gong and was fired from her job. She had no choice but to come to me for help. She came to Hong Kong in October and returned to Shenzhen City in the evening of November 22, 2003. She went through the Luohu Customs and was detained by the National Security Bureau. She has not yet returned home. My father is 83 years old. He desperately needs his daughter home. I sincerely request of you, the members of the Legislative Council, to help rescue my sister.

After much investigation through various channels, I learned that my sister is being held at a Re-education Center. I phoned the center many times and inquired when they would release my sister. An administrator said that my sister is an "important person." An ordinary woman is regarded as an "important person?" Such a lie is too ridiculous and pathetic. I am very concerned for my sister's safety.
