(Clearwisdom.net) Andre Huber is from Langenau. When he appealed on Tiananmen Square about two years ago, he was arrested and later released. He, together with other German citizens who were arrested at the same time, are going to file a lawsuit against former Chinese President Jiang Zemin at the German Federal Prosecutor's Office in Karlsruhe.

Andre Huber is accusing Jiang of genocide and crimes against humanity. This lawsuit is aimed at Jiang Zemin himself as opposed to China. Andre said: "More than 800 people have lost their lives and more than 200,000 people have been illegally arrested over the past four years or so. Now it's time to investigate who is responsible."
