Death of Dafa Practitioner Ms. Qu Guizhi from Torture and Mysterious Injections at Shenyang No. 5 Detention Center

(Clearwisdom.net) Ms. Qu Guizhi, 67 years old, went to Beijing to validate Falun Dafa on November 20, 2001 together with her daughter who has been illegally sentenced to three years of forced labour and is currently held in the Longshan Labor Camp, Shenyang City.

Ms. Qu Guizhi was arrested and sent back to Shenyang's No. 5 Detention Center and suffered inhumane torture. About twenty days later she was taken back home and became bed-ridden. She suffered memory loss and became very slow to react. It was determined that the cause of her illness might be due to having been injected with unknown drugs. After her release from the detention center, the local street committee, enforcers from the local police station and members of the "610 Office" frequently went to her home to harass her. She passed away on January 13, 2002.
