Facts of Persecution against Falun Dafa Practitioners in the Wujiabao Labor Camp, Fushun City, Liaoning Province

(Clearwisdom.net) I started practicing Falun Dafa because of my poor physical condition. By regarding myself as a real cultivator, I extricated myself from the torment of illnesses and genuinely enjoyed the feeling of not having any illness. At the end of 2001, I was reported to the police by a cadre of my work unit after I gave him materials that clarified the truth about the persecution of Falun Dafa. I was then detained in the Wujiabao Labor Camp of Fushun City, Liaoning Province, where I witnessed many types of persecution against fellow Falun Dafa practitioners.

From the end of 2001 to March 2002, to intensify the persecution against Dafa practitioners, the labor camp established a special branch on the third floor of the Second People's Hospital of Fushun City. They then transferred determined practitioners, holding hunger strikes to resist the illegal persecution, to the hospital. To cover up the truth and deceive the public, they said that the practitioners were being held for medical treatment, when in fact they were actually being force-fed and tortured. A group of 12 policemen, headed by Liu Baocai, was in charge of the persecution here. They cuffed the hands of hunger-striking practitioners behind their backs, and tied up their legs. Two policemen held each practitioner tightly while a doctor inserted a tube through the practitioner's nose. When the tube was being inserted, the practitioners suffered so much pain that they couldn't help but vomit. After the forced feeding, the policemen did not allow the tube to be removed. Instead, they simply attached the end of the tube to the face of practitioners with adhesive so that they could resume the feedings anytime they wanted.

Because practitioner Ma Yunxiang resisted the persecution against her, Liu Baocai dragged her from her bed down to the ground, violently kicked her, and forcefully stomped her on the face and mouth. As a result, her face and mouth were cut and her lips were bloodied. This torture, dubbed "tooth brushing" by Liu Baocai, was used especially by him to torture Dafa practitioners. Subsequently, Liu Baocai dragged her back to her bed and poured two basins of cold water onto her head and face. All the bedding and her clothes were soaked. At that time the weather was so cold that she trembled all over. Another policeman, Hou Yong, said to Ma Yunxiang, "Jiang has given the order that you will be regarded as committing suicide if you are beaten to death!"

Ma Yunxiang was later brutally force-fed by policemen Wu Wei, who was the head of the policemen in charge of persecuting Falun Gong practitioners in the labor camp, and Tian Hen, who was the head of the strictly supervised group in the labor camp. Witnessing the brutality of the police, practitioner Qin Qingfang, an elderly lady of fifty to sixty years old, shouted aloud asking them to stop. Wu Wei jumped up and forcefully kicked her in the neck, which caused her to pass out immediately.

While sending forth righteous thoughts, practitioner Zhang Zhiqin was beaten in the ribs by Wu Wei with a piece of bed board. After that, she could not lift one of her feet to walk, and had to drag the foot on ground while walking. The policemen took her to a hospital for examinations, but did not tell her the results of the examinations. When her family came to see her, the policemen stared at her in a threatening way so that she didn't dare divulge the real reason for her injury.

With her strong righteous thoughts, practitioner Shi Jinling found a chance and escaped from the labor camp. Hong Yong, the policeman on duty that day, thought Dafa practitioner Qi Caimei had helped Shi Jingling to escape. So he brought Qi to a room where he and another policeman simultaneously shocked her with electric batons.

These are some facts of persecution against Dafa practitioners that I witnessed inside the Wujiabao Labor Camp. It is righteous for a person to believe in "Truthfulness, Compassion, and Tolerance" and try to be a good person. However, such innocent people are being brutally persecuted. Is there any justice still in the world? Had there been no such order from Jiang stating, "Death from torture will be recorded as a suicide," the policemen wouldn't have dared to break the law while implementing the law. I want to accuse Jiang Zemin of persecuting Dafa practitioners and hope Jiang will be brought in front of the court of justice in the human world as early as possible.
