Dafa Practitioner Huang Zhufeng Shoulder's Are Dislocated by Guards as a Torture Method in the Sanshui Labor Camp, Guangdong Province

(Clearwisdom.net) Mr. Huang Zhufeng, 36 years old of Daling Village, Zhenjiang Town of Gaozhou County, Maoming City, Guangdong Province was illegally kidnapped on August 2, 2001, by the "610 Office"* in Maoming City for continuing to practice Falun Gong, and sentenced to two years of forced labor. Huang Zhufeng went on a hunger strike for 30 days to protest the persecution and became extremely emaciated and weak. To avoid responsibility for his deteriorating condition, the police hastily transferred him to the Sanshui Labor Camp in Guangdong Province. After one month of forced brainwashing in the Sanshui Labor Camp, he was sent to the "strictly supervised class" for intense torture. There he was forced to run nonstop for 4 to 5 hours under the scorching sun until he was totally exhausted. At night, he was not allowed to sleep and forced to squat with the hands cuffed. He was closely guarded day and night, and only allowed to go to the bathroom twice a day.

On December 21, 2002, blindfolded and handcuffed, Huang Zhufeng was taken in a vehicle from the fifth group of the third branch of the Sanshui Labor Camp to a special place for torture. The police Zhang Wujun, Lu Jinhu, and others surrounded him in an attempt to force him to give up his cultivation. Huang Zhufeng did not cave in. They then shocked him with 3 or 4 electric batons simultaneously on the lips, ears, armpits, and chest. They even sadistically pried opened his mouth in order to use the electric baton to shock the back of his throat. His mouth and neck became dangerously swollen, but the police still continued their torture.

On January 2, 2003, policeman Zhang Wujun handcuffed Huang Zhufeng and ordered two jailed criminals to pull his arms in opposite direction using extreme force as a method to torture Huang. The pain of his tendons and flesh ripping was excruciating. His arms were bloody and the skin torn. Both his shoulders were dislocated in the process, and he was denied proper medical treatment.

On January 8, 2003, policeman Lu Jinhu led a number of jailed criminals and handcuffed Huang Zhufeng, covered his head with a black cloth sack, stuffed his mouth with dirty socks, then used him as a punching bag until Huang Zhufeng was beaten unconscious. Then the prison guards shocked Huang Zhufeng with four electric prods for a long time. His face became distorted, his lips swollen, and he had unbearable pain in the shoulders and neck that prevented him from sleep at night as a result of being tortured like this.

Many times, Huang Zhufeng had appealed to the administration and the police in the labor camp, but was ignored. In the 28 days that followed, Huang Zhufeng could no longer move his hands; his deltoid muscles had become atrophied from the untreated shoulder dislocations. Only when the muscular degeneration and atrophy started to spread further down his arms did the labor camp allow him to have a physical examination. The doctors prescribed immediate surgery but could not repair the damage even with 8 surgical repairs. Huang Zhufeng was then transferred to the Sanshui People's Hospital, but doctors there could not do anything for him.

For fear of their evil deeds being exposed, the police subsequently transferred Huang Zhufeng to the Foshan Chinese Medical Hospital, where he currently is housed in room 404, building A of the Hospital of Orthopedics, Yuexiu District, Guangzhou City. However, he is not receiving any effective medical treatment but merely being guarded by six policemen taking turns. His family has never been informed of his condition. Even on August 2, when his illegal term was up, he still was not released to his family. Later, Sanshui Labor Camp sent a vehicle to take his family members to Guangzhou City to see him, lying to them that Huang Zhufeng had his hands injured because he was inattentive and failed to follow instructions.

At the hospital, the family saw that he had a blackened nose and swollen face; his arms were wrapped in gauze. They attempted to get his immediate release on medical parole and also get compensation for his medical expenses from the authorities responsible. However, the labor camp authorities refused to release their son and continue to detain him.

Huang Zhufeng has appealed to the court of Foshan City many times, but the court refuses to accept his case.
