Retribution for Deputy Commissioner Xing Gengying from the Guangzong County Police Station, Hebei Province

Editors' Note: In both Western and Chinese culture, the principle of karmic retribution, that is, being held ultimately accountable for one's own actions, is widely accepted. The fundamental teaching of Falun Gong is the characteristic of the universe, "Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance." The universe will reward actions that are in harmony with this principle, while actions such as beating, torturing and murdering people will incur karmic retribution. Stated another way, good deeds will be rewarded with good, while evildoings will meet due retribution. Articles such as this one are meant as a compassionateáreminder of this principle to those who would commit wrongdoing. While many of those who persecute Falun Gong are merely "following orders," the universal law requires that they, too, be held responsible for their actions, and that only by reversing their course of wrongdoing may they escape retribution.

Xing Gengying, the deputy commissioner of the Guangzong County Police Department in Hebei Province, led in the arrest of Falun Gong practitioners. Xing wanted to use the persecution of Falun Gong to improve his position, so he insanely persecuted countless Dafa practitioners. Because of this, he was expelled from the party and dismissed from his job within a period of two months.

Zhang Yuanlin, a police patroller in ShizhuYuan (Chenzhou City, Hunan Province), not only ripped up Dafa materials, but also personally wrote letters vilifying Dafa. He then posted these everywhere. As a result, he suddenly became mute in 2003. Zhang went to the hospital for help, however the results were minimal. He is still in a sickbed today.

Long Qinsheng is the Anren County Detention Center assistant-superintendent. He persecuted Dafa practitioners many times. In May 2003, he had to be hospitalized to have a tumor removed.

Li Qingping is the Anren County legal system head. On many occasions he sentenced practitioners to the Changsha and Zhuzhou Labor Camps. In June 2003, his family-owned business was robbed and over 20,000 Yuan was stolen.

Chen Yunqing is the Anren County political protection head. He has been illegally arresting practitioners for the past few years and he has never spared any effort. He now has gastric disease, and has had bleeding ulcers many times.

Yuan Xindang from the Yali Township of Wei County in Hebei Province slandered Falun Dafa. In October of 2002, he got into a fight with a neighbor and was sentenced to six months in prison.
