Falun Gong Practitioners Li Ying, Li Hong, and Li Liang in Forced Labor Camps Receive Mail From Overseas

(Clearwisdom.net) Before Christmas, the Global Mission to Rescue Persecuted Falun Gong Practitioners initiated sending letters and greeting cards to illegally detained Falun Gong practitioners. On the list were Australian citizen Li Qizhong's relatives -- Li Ying, Li Hong, and sibling Li Liang.

During the holiday season, Li Qizhong sent a Christmas gift to his fianc? Li Ying who is detained at the Qingsong Female Forced Labor Camp in Shanghai. He also asked the Australian Foreign Affairs Bureau to pay attention to this matter. Li Qizhong traveled from Sydney to the capital city of Canberra on a bicycle. Along the journey, he called on governments at all levels and the media to rescue his fianc? The labor camp received the gift to Li Ying and asked her to make a choice: either send the gift back to Australia or let the labor camp keep it. However, they finally gave her the gift.

Li Hong, detained at the Banqiao Female Forced Labor Camp in Tianjing, received New Year's greeting cards from overseas practitioners.

Li Liang, detained at the Qingbowa Forced Labor Camp, got a lot of attention from the guards. One guard curiously asked, "Exactly what kind of relatives do you have overseas? How come people from many countries including Australia, the United States, and Canada all contact us?"
