Official Court Documents for Genocide Case Against Jiang
(Clearwisdom.net) Last October, Chinese dictator Jiang went to the United
States for a visit but was confronted with a large protest when he arrived
at Chicago on October 22, 2002. That day, he was sued by Falun Gong
practitioners and their families for genocide under the Alien Tort Claim Act
and the Torture Victims Protection Act, in the United States District Court
of the Northern District of Illinois, Eastern Division. The following are
two official court documents for this case.

Upon the ex parte motion of the plaintiffs for an order directing that
service of the summons and complaint be made upon any of the security agents
helping to guard the defendant during his stay in Chicago, Illinois, and
upon review of the affirmation of counsel in support of all other filings
related thereto, it is hereby
ORDERED that the plaintiffs' motion for alternative means of service is
granted, and it is
FURTHER ORDERED, that service shall be accomplished by the delivery of a
copy of the summons and complaint to
FURTHER ORDERED that said security agent is to forthwith serve said
defendant with the said copy of the summons and complaint during Defendant's
stay in Chicago, and it is
FURTHER ORDERED, that the enclosed order is predicted on plaintiffs' good
faith effort to attempt first to serve the defendant personally, and it is
FURTHER ORDERED, that this order and plaintiff's motion with the
Memorandum of Law, and the exhibits affixed hereto, be filed under seal
until service is completed.
