In the Spring of 2002, practitioners in China held two Falun Dafa conferences in a city in Henan Province. One of the attendees of both conferences was a female practitioner who had previously been fined and forced to turn in her Falun Dafa books after July 20th of 1999. Afraid of being persecuted by the evil forces, she had not been able to step forward to validate the Fa. A while later, she found a tumor in the back of her right knee, which was growing ever bigger and getting more and more painful. She became afraid and went to the township hospital, the city hospital, and even to the prefectural hospital to have it examined. The diagnoses were all the same: she needed surgery, which would cost 3000 Yuan. She was a farmer who earned very little money and she was reluctant to spend that much on herself, so she just continually held off the surgery. In April of 2002 she attended the second Falun Gong conference with the help of relatives who were also Falun Dafa practitioners. Three days after the conference, she discovered that her tumor had disappeared. She did not even know when it happened. This was personally witnessed by her husband, who exclaimed, "This is really miraculous! I would also like to practice Falun Gong." After word spread out, other practitioners in her town who had given up practicing after July 20, also began the practice again.

When I met her husband, he had already been practicing Falun Gong for several days. I studied the Fa and sent forth righteous thoughts with him. Although some of his movements were not yet accurate, his attitude was very sincere. On the morning of the third day, while he was at work, he felt sick, holding his stomach and saying that he felt a tremendous, agonizing pain in his lower abdomen. He knew this was Teacher discharging karma for him. I let him listen to tapes of Teacher's Jinan Lectures. After he listened to the first tape, he fell asleep. After the second tape, he woke up and said that he had recovered and that he felt fine. Through this experience, he began to trust Teacher and Dafa more and more. He would often say, "Falun Dafa is miraculous, I hope everyone learns it."

We also hope that all predestined people in the world soon come to learn Falun Dafa.
