Police in Dalian Labor Camp, Liaoning Province Viciously Torture Dafa Practitioners

Dalian Labor Camp in Liaoning Province has been cruelly persecuting Dafa practitioners recently. The torture methods include: allowing criminals to beat practitioners, using electronic batons to shock practitioners, and force feeding practitioners on hunger strikes with alcoholic drinks. [Note: Falun Dafa practitioners do not drink alcohol, so this method is directly targeted at their beliefs.] Practitioners who have been persecuted here are: Li Zhongke, Lu Kaili, Liu Xiyong, Qu Fei, Song Shuwu, Sun Shizhen, and others.

Some criminals who participated in beating Dafa practitioners are: Kong Jun, Liu Guoshan, Qu Haibo, Yang Rijie, Tan Jimin, Xu Hui, Liang Changsheng, Lin Baiqian, You Fugui and others.

The evil policemen who instigated criminals to beat practitioners are mostly leaders from the Eighth Group:

Head of the Group: Jing Dianke
Head of the Four Protecting Group: Song Hengyue
Head of the Sub-group: Peng Dahua

Jing Dianke, a main plotter and behind the scenes operator, participated in persecution every time. On December 27, 2002, Jing Dianke brutally tortured a practitioner, Li Zhongke, (who had already been kept tightly under guard there for over a year), who was on a hunger strike. The base and shameless means used infuriated everyone. For example, Jing Dianke incited criminals to use chopsticks to stab Li Zhongke's mouth, causing his mouth to bleed profusely. Seeing the bloody scene, Dafa practitioners were indignant. They requested that Jing Dianke be severely punished; otherwise, they would all go on a hunger strike to protest. In the end, in order to appease them, the labor camp suspended Jing Dianke from his job for one week.

Dalian Labor Camp has regarded the "severe watch section" as a main means to force Dafa practitioners into giving up their faith. If the practitioners were sent into the section due to hunger strikes and other reasons, the police would apply excruciating persecution and torture on them as long as they did not give up Dafa. The police would force practitioners who were supposed to be released from the camp to guarantee that they would never tell anyone what had happened in the camp before releasing them from the "severe watch section."

I suggest that our fellow practitioners send forth righteous thoughts to eliminate all evil factors from the prisons that hold innocent practitioners [in the whole country], and thus reduce the persecution of Dafa practitioners and the damage being done to them to the best of our ability.
