Falun Gong Participates In New Jersey Chinese Spring Festival Parade (Photos)

(Clearwisdom.net) February 1 was Chinese New Years Day. In New Jersey, Falun Gong practitioners joined more than 20 other Chinese groups in the Chinese Spring Festival Parade. The purpose of the parade was to promote Chinese culture to western society. Cultivation is the essence of traditional Chinese culture. Falun Dafa cultivation has even deeper meanings. The practitioners also regarded this as a chance to let more people see the true face of Falun Dafa practitioners, and to thereby validate Dafa.

After many days of careful preparation, practitioners performed the Fan Dance "Just Come For You", displayed their beautifully decorated float and performed exercise demonstrations to government officials, parade organizers and the crowds gathered along the parade route. Members of the audience highly praised the performances.
