Torture Death of Dafa Practitioner Ms. Yin Ling at Jiamusi Labor Camp

(Clearwisdom.net) Dafa practitioner Yin Ling, female, 34-year-old, lived at No. 597 Farm in Baoqing County, Heilongjiang Province. She worked as a hairdresser.

On the evening of December 28, 2001, vicious police kidnapped Yin Ling and sent her to Jiamusi City Labor Camp. During the illegal detention she held a hunger strike to resist the persecution, but the labor camp officials didn't stop torturing her. On November 13, 2002, when she was on the verge of death, her family took her home. Yin Ling passed away soon after she was taken home.

Here is some detailed information about this case. On the evening of December 28, 2001, seven or eight police officers broke into her home when only Yin Ling and her nine-year-old son were home. Amidst the little boy's cry for his mother, the police forcibly kidnapped her without any due legal procedure, although she had not violated any laws. She was first sent to the detention center connected with No. 597 Farm. The next day, Zhu Shaokun, head of the police department sent her to Jiamusi City Labor Camp. No legal procedure was carried out during any part of the process. The farm officials and police made up evidence against her and used a bribe to forcefully sentence Yin Ling to three years of forced labor.

On October 28, 2002, Yin Ling held a hunger strike at the labor camp to protest the illegal detention. Her whole body became swollen and her lower abdomen was bloated. She lost consciousness twice. Regardless, the evil guards handcuffed her to the bed 24 hours a day. She was extremely weak after being brutally tortured. She had difficulty urinating and had to rely on a catheder to urinate. Not until she was on the verge of death did the labor camp officials notify her family to take her home on November 13, 2002, and she passed away soon after she got home.
