A Senior Citizen Regains Health After Practicing Falun Gong

I am over seventy years old. At age fifty I was diagnosed with high blood pressure. My doctor said that I would have this condition for the rest of my life. If I didn't stay on the medication, the result could be disastrous. Sure enough, when I was sixty-five years old I suffered a stroke and had to be hospitalized. Before releasing me from the hospital, my doctor repeatedly reminded me to take good care of myself and to take my medicine every day, especially the medicine that lowered my blood pressure. According to the doctor, strokes have a very high rate of recurrence, can easily cause paralysis, and have a high death rate. After that I made sure to take my medicine daily. After a while I also started taking herbal medications, although they didn't lower my blood pressure. My life was in great danger.

In 1997, I was fortunate enough to learn Falun Gong. I read Zhuan Falun, listened to Master Li's audio lectures, practiced daily, and improved myself to meet the Fa's requirements. My health was improved daily, and I stopped needing to take the medicine. I changed from needing constant health care to being very healthy; my posture was good and my cheeks glowed with health. I didn't check my blood pressure for several years. Recently I had a physical examination for senior citizens. Everything has returned to normal. Moreover, I no longer suffered from common health problems such as flu or constipation. My friends were surprised to see that I have become so healthy both physically and mentally. Even after July 1999, many of my friends asked me to secretly teach them Falun Gong.

I know that the reports made by the Chinese regime are lies. Jiang persecutes Falun Gong practitioners out of jealousy, simply because he is afraid that too many people will practice Falun Gong. In 1999, the government learned that more than one hundred million Chinese people were practicing Falun Gong. Jiang does not care that Falun Gong practitioners live by the principles of "Truthfulness, Benevolence, and Forbearance" and are good people; he does not care how much benefit Falun Gong has brought to the public, nor does he care how many good deeds Falun Gong practitioners have done. Jiang's jealousy does not allow any group to outnumber the Communist Party; neither does he permit people to respect anyone other than himself, the regime's leader. Just because he cannot tolerate what he dislikes, he uses his power to fabricate many lies about Falun Gong. He uses the power of an entire nation to spread lies and to deceive people both inside China and throughout the world. He persecutes Falun Gong, a peaceful practice that has brought proven benefits to over one hundred million of its practitioners. In order to fool more people and incite hatred toward Falun Gong and its practitioners, Jiang also directed the so-called self-immolation incident in Tiananmen Square. He continues to persecute Falun Gong practitioners that peacefully appeal for Falun Gong.

Three years have gone by since Jiang's regime started the persecution. Falun Gong practitioners have used their words and behavior to fully prove that they hold themselves to the principles of "Truthfulness, Benevolence, and Forbearance." Everything has proven that Falun Dafa is the righteous Fa. (law or principle)

Please do not be fooled. I have personally experienced the goodness of Falun Gong. Every Falun Gong practitioner can prove that Falun Gong is good, but the Chinese dictator disallows anyone to say "Falun Gong is good." In China, just saying these words will get you thrown into the jail.

If you think my words are right, please advise your relatives and friends to treat Dafa and Dafa practitioners well. Do not persecute kind people. If you believe my words, you will have a bright future.
