Southeast Asia Falun Dafa Experience Sharing Conference Held in Malaysia (Photos)

(Clearwisdom.net) On March 1-2, 2003, Falun Dafa practitioners from Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Taiwan, Norway and the US gathered together in Melaka, Malaysia to attend the Falun Dafa Southeast Asia Cultivation Experience Sharing Conference. With the joint effort of practitioners from Malaysia and Singapore, the conference was successfully held with only a short time for preparation. Many from Malaysia were new practitioners who took up the practice only several months ago, and it was the first time for many of them to attend such a big group Fa-study and experience sharing.

At 9:30 a.m., on March 1, 2003, the conference began with the song "Falun Dafa is Good" sung by practitioners from several countries. After that, all practitioners read aloud Master's "Teaching the Fa during the 2003 Lantern Festival at the Western United States Fa Conference." Following the Fa-study, several practitioners from Malaysia and Singapore shared their individual cultivation experiences and their experiences in clarifying the truth to precious Chinese people and their understanding in how to do three things well: Study the Fa, Send Forth Righteous Thoughts and Clarify the Truth. At breaks, Singapore practitioners presented two video programs, "Coming for you" and "Join In One Voice." Representatives from different countries got on stage to introduce practitioners' cultivation and truth-clarification experiences. They also shared their understandings on some questions, such as how to strengthen practitioners' communication and sharing so as to improve as a whole body, and how to deal with conflicts among practitioners in a mature and tolerant manner. Practice site coordinators from different states in Malaysia also shared their experiences.

On the morning of March 2, the Fa conference continued. Group leaders reported what they had discussed during the group discussion sessions in previous evening. At noon, after the practitioners sent forth righteous thoughts together, the Fa conference concluded with two songs, "Be saved" and "Please sit by my side" sung together by practitioners from Malaysia and Singapore. In the end, all practitioners stood up and gave warmest applause to express our thanks to Master for providing us with such a precious opportunity to study the Fa and share experience together, so as to improve as a whole.

New and veteran practitioners benefited from in-depth discussion and experience sharing. Many practitioners were provided the opportunity to share their experiences and understandings. The atmosphere was peaceful and harmonious.

During the two-day Fa conference, practitioners held group exercise practices. It happened that several Chinese tourist delegations also stayed at the same hotel. They were very surprised to see so many Falun Gong practitioners practice the exercises abroad. During the conference, several more Chinese tourists delegation arrived. Practitioners took the opportunity, and introduced and clarified the facts about Falun Dafa to the tourists.
