My Children and Grandchildren Eagerly Help Hand out Truth-Clarifying Material

I am a housewife without any formal education. In 1995, I started practicing Falun Dafa. It has benefited me both physically and spiritually. More importantly, I learned that the purpose of life is to return to one's true self. In 1999, Jiang's regime started persecuting Falun Dafa. I decided to clarify the truth to the government. I went to Beijing to appeal in the year 2000, and I was detained in a police station for 33 days. While I was there, I used my righteous thoughts to reject the evil persecution. I was unconditionally released after protesting through a hunger strike. When I returned home, my family members did not understand my actions, and they were very concerned about my safety. They also tried to prevent me from participating in Fa-rectification work. I patiently explained the truth to my family and people around me. Their perceptions quickly changed. They all became very supportive of my Fa-rectification work. At that time, I was responsible for passing material between practitioners in the city and rural areas. Sometimes when I was not at home, my family would all help out.

I have four children, and they all live in the rural area. Although they do not practice Falun Dafa, they all know that Falun Dafa is good through my effort of clarifying the truth and spreading Dafa. They enthusiastically help me with Dafa work. When I have truth-clarifying material to hand out, my son, daughter-in-law, grandson, and granddaughter even compete for who gets to pass out the material door to door. They often tell other people the truth about Falun Dafa. As a result, many people in our village understand the truth.

I have a younger brother who was poisoned by the evil propaganda. He was prejudiced against Dafa, and he was also very stubborn about it. I clarified the truth to him, and played a truth-clarifying VCD for him. After he understood everything, he started to help out with Dafa work. He passed out large amounts of truth-clarifying material. He also brought his family to help hanging up banners on trees. When he was painting Dafa posters on walls, he didn't go home until he finished several buckets of paint. [Note: Without access to any typical means of communication such as newspapers, magazines, TVáor radio, Falun Gong practitioners have resorted to many creative and sometimes unusual methods for raising awareness among Chinese people about the persecution.] The wife of one of my nephews always took the truth-clarifying material to school for students to read after she had read it. All the people mentioned above owe their awakening to the mighty power of Falun Dafa. The benefit of practicing Falun Dafa is revealed through a person like me, who is not educated at all.
