The Crimes Committed by Chaoyang District's Dispatch Section in Beijing

(Clearwisdom.net) In June 2000, three men and two women from Chaoyang District's Dispatch Section tied Dafa practitioner Ms. Xiaojie (pseudonym) to a wooden pole and shocked her with electric batons. After she fainted, they poured cold water on her to wake her up. One older woman Dafa practitioner was burned all over from the electric shock, because she refused to give up her faith in Truthfulness-Compassion-Tolerance. Another female Dafa practitioner from Henan Province was shocked into a coma. Afterward, she was sent to a hospital for emergency treatment, and didn't regain consciousness until three days later.

Additionally, another three female practitioners with last name Yan and practitioner Ms. Zhang were brutally tortured. They were beaten three times a day. The police beat them into unconsciousness, and whenever the danger seemed to be passing for the practitioners, police continued to beat them. A practitioner in her sixties, Ms. Yan's face and body were covered with bruises. Her nose was broken and her eyes were injured badly. It was difficult to recognize her, but the police still dragged her away.

Dafa practitioner Ms. Yujie (pseudonym) from Haidian District was tortured in the Dispatch Section for two months. She was hospitalized three times for emergency treatment. As she had been handcuffed for a long time, the flesh on her back festered badly and in places the bone is almost exposed.

On July 15, 2001, Dafa practitioner Ms. Bai Yuxia (pseudonym) was sent to the Dispatch Section. She was stripped of her clothes and exposed to the hot sun under the pretense of searching her body. As she insisted on practicing exercises, police pressed an electric baton on her neck so that she could not lift up her head. Then police shocked her from the head down. The skin from her neck down was burned, so she stopped drinking and eating to protest the illegal torture.

In the Dispatch Section, if practitioners said that they would continue the practice, police would shock them with electric batons. If practitioners still continued to say that they would not stop the practice, police would drag them into a cell, lock them to a bed, and shock their armpits, the back of the neck and the back of the ears, all sensitive places to cause great pain. Afterward, police would write a guarantee statement and force Dafa practitioners to stamp their fingerprints on it.

Once in August, practitioners held a group exercise. As a result, many of them were shocked and forced to watch videos that defamed Falun Gong. If a practitioner's head turned to the left to look away, police shocked their left cheek; if they turned their head to the right, the police shocked the right.

All of the above are what Dafa practitioners have witnessed. We have noted it to expose the brutal tortures committed by Jiang's criminal regime. We firmly believe that good will be rewarded with good, and evil will be met with evil. If all kind-hearted people step forward with justice against the persecution, the evil will no longer continue.
