Current Situation of Some Dafa Practitioners Detained in Wuchang City, Heilongjiang Province

Ms. Gao Jingpo, over 40 years old, is a worker at No. 1 Agriculture Development Group in Lalin County of Wuchang City. Because she told others the truth about the persecution of Falun Gong, she was arrested on February 22, 2003, and sent to the Wuchang Detention Center.

Mr. Na Tanpo, 40 years old, is a resident of Tinegzi Section, Hongqi Village, Lalin County, Wuchang City. He was detained unlawfully on a bus by Hongqi Police and sent without a proper reason to Harbin No.7 Forced Labor Camp.

Mr. Liu Xiaozhong, 59 years old, lives in factory no. 8233, building no. 5 of Lalin County, Wuchang City. While visiting his daughter in Luoyang, he was arrested for clarifying the truth to others. He was then illegally sentenced to 8 years in prison. His wife, Mrs. Liu, maiden name Xu Shuquan, also 59 years old, was illegally sentenced to 7 years in prison. Their second daughter, Ms. Liu Wei, 39 years old, was unlawfully sentenced to 3 years. Her husband, Mr. Yi Po of age 31, was sentenced to 4 years of prison.

Ms. Chen Xiachun, 36 years old, is a resident in the neighborhood of No. 1 Middle School of Lalin County, Wuchang City. Because she clarified the truth to her household, she was forced to leave home to avoid further persecution. Later, Ms. Chen was detained out of town and unlawfully sentenced to 2 to 3 years in prison.
