(Clearwisdom.net) In a letter written by a reader of Minghui Net, the reader said that he often read about the sentencing of Falun Gong practitioners in Chinese courts according to "certain laws." Through a reliable source, I recently learned that they used a so-called legal document, which, upon reading, I found it to be superfluous in wording, but no item dared to explicitly mention Falun Gong. This is typical political villainy. This document indicates certain indexes, such as a Falun Gong practitioner should be sentenced to prison or forced labor if he or she distributes a certain amount of flyers. The indexes themselves may violate the constitution of China and the International Human Rights covenants which China has signed.

Indeed, the arrest and current so-called trial of U.S. citizen Charles Li has completely been a case of persecution and not based on the law. There is no trace of justice or honor in this case.

However, some people around the world, including even some practitioners, have misunderstandings on this issue. For example, the Jiang regime's persecution against Falun Gong led many people to believe something like that "Falun Gong was banned in China where it is illegal;" even some practitioners unconsciously accepted it. However, this was all created by the evil's pervasive lies and propaganda. If we investigate to find the truth, it is easy to see that these claims stand on no legal foundation; on the contrary, the persecution itself has violated the constitution of China and Chinese laws right from the beginning and over the last four years of its application. In other words, all people who are involved in this persecution are violating the law by following "human rights scoundrel" Jiang. Many facts published on Minghui Net show that the majority of government officials and police officers who have followed Jiang in the persecution against Falun Gong are corrupt and commit embezzlement.

These accomplices have their own selfish goals in brutalizing Falun Gong practitioners who believe in Truth-Compassion-Tolerance. However, the persecution by Jiang and his followers is essentially due to their intolerance of the existence of Truth-Compassion-Tolerance, for their own nature is based on hypocrisy, malice and violence. As they persecute kind-hearted people, many of these criminals abuse their power and embezzle large amounts of government property, or they receive bribes through various means. They transfer the embezzled money abroad and use it to purchase luxury cars, houses, etc., and they send their spouses and children to the U.S. to build their retreats, in preparation for possible major changes in China. In order for justice to prevail, some overseas people have founded a specialized organization in the U.S. to investigate the crimes of these criminals and the whereabouts of their embezzled money in order to pursue legal responsibilities and severely punish these corrupt government officials who persecute good people, and to stop their crimes. This is what the people want.

This is not only upholding justice, this is spreading Truth-Compassion-Tolerance and upholding blessings for mankind. We hope people who know the information can see the larger picture and help us by providing clues and assistance during the investigation.
