Zhao Shucan, Zhang Ming, Xue Jinzhong, Xu Xieqia, Quan Peijun, Li Lemin, Xu Xiaoguo, and other Dafa practitioners have all suffered inhuman torture. The police not only shocked the Dafa practitioners with electric batons, but also persuaded other detainees to beat Dafa practitioners.
