The Baimiao Forced Labor Camp has brutally tortured and brainwashed Dafa practitioners since October 25, 2002. They said, "We don't care how you think. We just want you to write what we want!" When Dafa practitioners refuse to write the so-called "Repentance Statement,"¹ the police shock them with electric batons. The head of Section 5 shocked Zhang Yuanheng with ten electric batons for more than two months. Zhao Shucan, Zhang Ming, Xue Jinzhong, Xu Xieqia, Quan Peijun, Li Lemin, Xu Xiaoguo, and other Dafa practitioners have all suffered inhuman torture. The police not only shocked the Dafa practitioners with electric batons, but also persuaded other detainees to beat Dafa practitioners.
