Bureau Chief Auditor for Bin County, Heilongjiang Province Dies Abruptly; Other Corrupt Officials Also Receive Karmic Retribution

Xu Zhongcai, male, 45-year old, was the auditing bureau chief for Bin County, Heilongjiang Province. Since July 20, 1999, he had defamed and slandered Falun Dafa on many occasions and had persecuted Dafa disciples. On May 8^th, 2003 on his way back to Bin County from Hulan County, he stopped in the Huyuan area to relieve himself by the roadside and fell into a ten-foot-deep ditch. He immediately lost consciousness and later died in the hospital, despite emergency treatment.

City public utility chief Gao Deli and his long-time partner and subordinate Lu Jie, manager for the city water company, followed orders from Jiang's regime closely. They have persecuted Dafa and practitioners since July 20^th, 1999. They used all kinds of means to persecute Dafa disciples, including discontinuing practitioners' salary/

retirement pension, sending them to brainwashing classes, live-in supervision, expulsion from their jobs and sending Dafa disciples to prisons. Dafa disciples kindly appealed to them to stop senselessly persecuting practitioners, but they refused to listen. In 2002, Gao Deli, Lu Jie and a few other officials from the public utility bureau were arrested on corruption charges. Unable to explain the huge amount of cash found in his residence, Lu Jie killed himself by jumping from a tall building. Gao Deli was sentenced to six years in prison.

Another case:

Jing Guiquan, security chief from Tonghua City, Jilin Province, extorted money from Dafa disciples, their family members and their friends. Ms. Zhang Ruixia, Dafa disciple and also professor and deputy president of the Party School, was sentenced to eight years in prison for practicing Falun Gong. The prison refused to accept her due to her poor health, which was due to the persecution she had previously endured. Since Ms. Zhang could not afford to pay the illegal fine that they demanded, Jing Guiquan forced the prison to accept her. Since then, every time Jing Guiquan used the extorted money, he suffered a physical ailment and he ends up taking injections, taking medicine, or going to the hospital.

Bai Lili, head of the neighborhood committee for the above-named company collaborated with officials from the Yudong Police Station to persecute Dafa disciples. She frequently stopped at Dafa disciples' homes to threaten them, sent people to monitor Dafa disciples' activities, and requested the long term detention of Dafa disciples by the local police station through lies and fabricated of stories to defame Dafa disciples. Dafa disciples clarified the truth to her and appealed to her to stop doing these evil deeds, but she refused to listen. She later broke her leg while riding a bicycle. Unable to ride a bicycle anymore, she began to ride a small tricycle. Bai continued to persecute Dafa disciples. She fell again this year and broke her injured leg. Currently she is not able to take care of herself and is using two canes.

The village committee for Shangjiazhuang Village, Chengguan Township, Changle County of Shandong Province ordered villager Zhao Quanxiu to remove Dafa truth clarification posters. In return, he got paid 10 Yuan for each job. Ignoring fellow villagers' warnings not to do it, Zhao Quanxiu frequently removed Dafa posters, while his grandson carried the bucket. Last March, Zhao's house caught fire and sustained serious damage. His grandson had played with fire and ignited the straw in the house. His grandson barely escaped from the fire.

People! Please wake up! The law of the universe, Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance, is judging each person, and it will not tolerate anyone who damages Dafa. For you and your family's eternal happiness, do not follow evil Jiang's orders to damage Dafa. To cherish Dafa is to cherish your own life.
