Study the Fa, Break Through Interference, Actively Participate Reflections on the Clearwisdom article "Calling for Coordinated Global Sending Forth Righteous Thoughts to Support the Lawsuit in Chicago and the Grand Public Trial in the Hearts of the People of the World " By Practitioners in Saipan May 31, 2003
(Clearwisdom.net) On May 28, Clearwisdom published the article "Calling
for Coordinated Global Sending Forth Righteous Thoughts to Support the Lawsuit
in Chicago and the Grand Public Trial in the Hearts of the People of the World
". Practitioners here in Saipan discussed the article in depth. We realized
that we were being interfered with by the evil, just as the saying in this
article's second paragraph stated: "quite significant numbers of Dafa disciples
still have a feeling of indifference, of being far from the action, or solely
waiting for the result passively." How can we change the situation and do our
best? Practitioners here offer the following suggestions: 1. Besides sending forth righteous thoughts twice daily on this issue as the
article called for, we should send forth righteous thoughts as much as possible
to eradicate the evil.
2. This event is an opportunity for practitioners to elevate as one whole
body. How can we better form one body in light these circumstances? Everyone
should realize that someone else's things are your things.
3. Don't be attached to the result. We should focus on the process.
"I was talking about it from the angle of having compassion and saving
sentient beings. The key is to stress doing well with what you should do
during the process, and the result will be whatever it will be."
(Lecturing on and Explaining the Fa at the Metropolitan New York Fa
Conference)
4. Strengthen our efforts in clarifying the truth to media and governments.
Exposing Jiang's crime and letting people realize his evil essence (e.g.
practitioners in Hong Kong fully exposed Jiang's 8 crimes.
"When you do things, I consider the process most important, because
during the process you can have people see the truth, during the process you
can save the world's people, and during the process you can reveal the
truth. Even if you eventually get them sentenced and stuff them into jails,
you still need to see whether you've achieved the best results in saving the
world's people and exposing the evil, and whether you've also let people see
the consequences of doing evil and have thereby shocked and frightened the
evil beings."
[...]
"Wherever a problem arises, that's where you need to clarify the facts.
No matter what the end result will be, through doing this you will have
chances to interact with more people and you'll clarify the facts on a large
scale."
(Lecturing on and Explaining the Fa at the Metropolitan New York Fa
Conference")
5. Don't be misled by phenomena. An unchanged mind can subdue thousands of
changes. Totally deny all old force arrangements.
"When you lack wisdom it's usually caused by your being anxious, being
anxious in your mind to do something, giving it too much importance, and
thereby developing a different type of attachment. Actually, with a lot of
things if you calmly and cool headedly talk to people and handle those
things rationally, you'll find that your wisdom will flow forth like a
spring, and every sentence of yours will get right to the point, and every
sentence will speak the truth. As soon as you become attached or anxious,
though, or have some strong intention, your wisdom is gone, and that's
because at that time you've come over to the human side again, right? You
should try your best to use righteous thoughts and try your best to be in
the state of a cultivator, and the results will be excellent."
[...]
"Actually, it's the same when you do other things. Immersed in righteous
thoughts, your mind isn't limited, your thinking will be vast and broad, and
there won't really be any restraint on your wisdom."
(Lecturing on and Explaining the Fa at the Metropolitan New York Fa
Conference)
Above are personal understandings of some practitioners and a reminder of our
Master's teachings. Hopefully this will serve to encourage more practitioners.
