Some Thoughts On Reading the Article, "Calling for Coordinated Global Sending Forth Righteous Thoughts to Support the Lawsuit in Chicago and the Grand Public Trial in the Hearts of the People of the World"

(Clearwisdom.net, May 30) During the past two months in our area, several material-producing sites were destroyed, and several people were arrested multiple times. We summarized the reasons as follows:

First, we did not pay enough attention to the lawsuit against Jiang. We took it as if it were solely an issue for the Falun Dafa practitioners in the United States. We did not take it as a breakthrough point to clarify the truth in a comprehensive way and to eliminate the evil factors in other dimensions. We thus left breathing space for the wicked, and also gave them a chance to madly counter-attack. Secondly, some fellow practitioners seemed to send forth righteous thoughts at the top of every hour, but since they had too many human attachments that they did not get rid of, their righteous thoughts were not of good quality and the act became a mere formality. Thirdly, since we failed to be wholeheartedly diligent from the Fa-perspective, we did not have a clear understanding of the various forms of interference and destruction by the evil, and as a result this brought great losses to the Fa-rectification tasks in our local area. However, another reason is that Dafa practitioners did not let go of their fundamental attachments. If we were attached to our jobs, we'd be kept very busy; if we were attached to making money, we would be presented with all kinds of opportunities; if we got attached to sentiments in the family, we would be pestered and bothered. In one sentence, the evil in other dimensions just kept us from the chance to wholeheartedly clarify the truth, or gave us no time to study the Fa or do the exercises. The evil did not even give us the time to take a rest, and it would make us tired, busily running about. In fact, they were interfering with our righteous thoughts. I think many Dafa practitioners should now understand the seriousness of this problem, since our losses have already been too heavy.

Besides this, some fellow practitioners also got attached to their own "attachments", such as "Will Teacher still take me as his student," " I might not reach Consummation because of some attachments that I have not let go for long period of time", etc. It is good to find out what our own attachments are, but it would be unfortunate if we took this as another excuse to slack off in our cultivation. The correct attitude with which to receive Teacher's criticism is to "Become diligent after knowing what is shameful". I think that right now as Dafa practitioners, we should ask ourselves a question: "What is the Fa-rectification's requirement for me at the present time? What can I do to follow up with the progress of Teacher's Fa-rectification?" Teacher has stressed again and again that we should study the Fa. Does our Fa-study reach the requirement of Dafa? Teacher has emphasized sending forth righteous thoughts. Have I treated sending righteous thoughts with enough righteous thoughts? Do I do as Teacher said, "Lose no time and save them, hurry up and tell them" ("Hurry up and Tell Them")? Isn't it another attachment either to pay too much attention to one's personal safety or to merely wave a book in the street and be zealously unafraid of being hit by a car? In eliminating the evil in other dimensions, have we been doing so actively? Teacher has placed us in the position of being protagonists; do we actually read the actors' lines in the real sense?

Whether the lawsuit against Jiang and the global lawsuit to bring Jiang to justice can smoothly go on is closely related to how we as Dafa practitioners react to it. We should at least have a clear answer in our minds: In our own hearts and in the hearts of people around us, have we started the fair and just trial of Jiang?
