Detailed Information about Ms. Li Huixin and Her Two Sisters' Persecution by Perpetrators from the "610 Office" in Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province

(Clearwisdom.net) The "610 Office"* enforcers in Shijiazhuang City cruelly persecute Li Huixin and her two sisters. The eldest sister has often been abducted; the middle sister was tortured to the point of disability and then forcibly brainwashed; the youngest sister was tortured to the point of experiencing complete paralysis and her family was broken up.

Local police enforcers frequently would abduct Shijiazhuang Dafa practitioner Ms. Li Huijie, the eldest sister, Ms. Li Huixin, the middle sister, and Ms. Li Huiqi, the younger sister, because they practice Falun Gong. Two years ago Li Huixin had been forced to become destitute and homeless to avoid this unlawful persecution. Perpetrators from the "610 Office" and personnel from the Shijiazhuang railroad police had pursued her. On May 8, she was abducted and later tortured to the point of disability. Presently, she is being detained without cause at the Hebei Provincial Brainwashing Center. Ms. Li Huijie had been abducted often for upholding her belief in Dafa. The vicious "610 Office" staff and Shijiazhuang Labor Camp personnel cruelly tortured Ms. Huiqi because she clarified the truth of Falun Dafa to people. Because of the torture she is now paralyzed.

At about 6:00 p.m. on May 8, policemen Huang He, Wang Liyan and others from the Shijiazhuang Railroad Police Bureau abducted Li Huixin while she was walking on the street. At about 7:00 p.m., the police, accompanying her, went to Li Huijie's residence. Ignoring the fact that Li Huiqi's entire body was paralyzed, that her life was in a medically unstable condition and she needed her sister's help, the police took away her sister Li Huijie anyway. They also searched her residence without providing a search warrant. Li Huijie was imprisoned in the Shijiazhuang Railroad Police Bureau's hotel and was unlawfully interrogated. She was not released until the next afternoon. Li Huixin's head was covered with a piece of black plastic. She was secretly detained in the Eastern Guesthouse, located near Hebei Province's Public Security Department. The police brutally tortured her and hung her by her arms for one day and one night. She is now unable to move her arms. We suspect she is already permanently disabled.

Late in the evening of May 9, a group of police from the Railroad Police Bureau again went to Li Huixin's residence, located at the Eastern Small District, and searched her home without consent.

At present, Li Huixin is imprisoned in the Hebei Provincial Brainwashing Center, and is suffering from cruel mental torture. Sources say that even under brutal tortures, Dafa practitioner Li Huixin has never compromised with the evil force, and is extremely firm. From May 8 on, Li Huixin has been on a hunger and water strike to protest the persecution. Now both of her hands are crippled, and she is still suffering from forced brainwashing. Her life is in danger. Using "SARS" as an excuse, the Hebei Provincial Brainwashing Center recently has prohibited "accompany personnel," those who accompany and monitor Dafa practitioners, and any other people from entering and leaving the brainwashing center. Brainwashing Center is just like jail. Representatives from Li Huixin's work unit, the Shijiazhuang Railroad Bureau Passenger Transportation Company, once wanted to see her, but brainwashing center supervisors rejected that request.

Li Huixin's son Mao Mao was in elementary school. There were only two of them in the family. When Li was forced to leave home to escape the illegal persecution, nobody was taking care of Mao Mao. In addition, the Railroad Police Bureau police frequently followed and threatened the child, and they even forced Mao Mao's school to expel him. The child had to transfer to another school in their hometown in the countryside. The police then followed him to their hometown. Mao Mao was then forced to live with his aunt Li Huijie. The police then went to Li Huijie's home to observe him. Mao Mao transferred to yet another school. The police are still following him frequently. When Li Huiqi was tortured to the point of total paralysis and hospitalized, the police even went to the hospital to monitor her.

Li Huiqi clarified the truth to people. Because of that, enforcers from the Shijiazhuang City Weimingjie Police Station illegally sent to her a forced labor camp. She had serious health problems during her incarceration. The "610 Office" and Shijiazhuang Labor Camp intentionally stopped her from getting medical treatment. Later her whole body was paralyzed, and her life was in danger at all times. After her situation was disclosed, the Shijiazhuang "610 Office" authorities were extremely nervous. They often threatened Li Huiqi's husband and demanded that he divorce Li Huiqi. He could not handle the huge pressure and finally divorced her.

Li Huijie rented a place to live. Three of her family members as well as Li Huiqi and Mao Mao live together. Their livelihood depends on a small store and life was difficult. Even under those circumstances, the perpetrators from the "610 Office" still ordered officers from the Jianshe Street Police Station to threaten and harrass them. They threatened to close down Li's store, threatened the landlord and demanded that he evict Li Huijie's family. Their request was refused. The vicious "610 Office" authorities were afraid that their evil conduct would be exposed to the public. They abducted Li Huijie at least twice and had a stake-out near her residence, to monitor her activities.

I urgently appeal to the kind hearted people in the world to pay attention to Li Huixin and her two sisters' tragic experiences. Please offer your support to bring about an end to the persecution.
