Unforgettable Vancouver Fa Conference and Victoria Day Parade (Photo)

(Clearwisdom.net) I had the opportunity to attend the 2003 Falun Dafa experience sharing conference in Vancouver, Canada in May. The memory is still vivid, the experience unforgettable. That was my first time to Vancouver, a city famous for its beauty, especially in May, a season of blossoming flowers. It was the time of celebrating the 11th Anniversary of Falun Dafa being introduced to the public, and Teacher gave a speech at the conference in person. I have no words to describe my feeling of good fortune and the magnificence of Dafa. On Friday evening, practitioners who had arrived early went to send righteous thoughts in front of the Chinese Consulate. We were impressed by the huge blue display board that practitioners set up in front of the Consulate. It was clean, serene, solemn and noble. We immediately understood that local practitioners sending righteous thoughts in front of the consulate, seven days a week, 24 hours a day, had a tremendous effect, and practitioners' progress as one body was great.

After the Sunday Fa conference, many practitioners left for home. Monday was a national holiday, Victoria Day. There was a grand parade in the nearby city of Victoria, the capital of the Province of British Columbia. About a hundred practitioners participated in the parade. They later demonstrated the exercises and performed dances in front of the provincial parliament building. In Victoria, the practitioners' peaceful smiles, peaceful demeanor and beautiful dancing attracted thousands of onlookers. I took out my camera and quietly captured some of the beauty, serenity, and peace at the parade. It has been over one month, but I still feel like the events in Victoria just happened yesterday.
