Criminal Records of the "610 Office" Enforcers at the Coal Mine of Dalianhe Town, Heilongjiang Province
(Clearwisdom.net) Under the direction of Yi Yanhua, the Party Secretary of the Hayi Coal Gas
Cooperation, enforcers from the "610 Office"* of Dalianhe Town Coal
Mine, Yilan County, Heilongjiang Province, persecuted Dafa practitioners in the
mine for years. Lu Guocheng, Li Fengguang, and Yu Ping head these enforcers from
the security department of the coal mine. The following are their partial criminal records: Since May, Lu Guocheng, the Political Secretary of the Security Department,
has forced Dafa practitioners to write a so-called "ideology reports"
and "repentance statements,"** using the excuse of educating them. If
they refused, he threatens to send them to a detention center and deprive them
of job and salary. Under this coercion, Dafa practitioner Li Fuli left home to
wander around to avoid being further persecuted. Some other practitioners,
including Sun Hongda, Wang Yunjie, and Guo Chunhui were forced to lose their
jobs and salaries, and were placed under 24-hour-surveillance. Lu Guocheng publicly claimed that all imprisonment of practitioners, in jail
and detention centers, was attributed to his efforts, and most of the cases were
out of personal hatred. He rampantly told Dafa practitioners: "I'll
persecute as many as possible while I am still in power." After Dafa
practitioner Wen Yiling was released, when her sentence had expired, he sent her

86-13604815668 (mobile). * "610 Office" is an agency specifically created to persecute Falun
Gong, with absolute power over each level of administration in the Party and all
other political and judiciary systems. ** "repentance statement"- In this statement the
practitioner is forced to admit remorse for practicing Falun Gong, promise to
give up Falun Gong, and never again associate with other practitioners or go to
