Record of the Crimes of Guards Zhang Xiaohui and Zhang Tao at Division Six of the Heizuizi Forced Labor Camp in Jilin Province

(Clearwisdom.net) In March and April 2003, Dafa practitioner Jin Min clarified the truth to prisoners in the same cell, and guard Zhang Xiaohui brutally beat Jin Min until his face was swollen. Because guard Zhang Xiaohui wore a gold ring on his finger while beating Jin Min, Jin's face was scratched all over and looked miserable. Zhang Xiaohui habitually curses and beats people at will.

In late April 2003, Dafa practitioner Zhou Guiying refused to attend a brainwashing class held by the guards. Guards Zhang Tao, Yu Lina and the division chief led several people to carry Zhou Guiying upstairs to force her to study false propaganda materials defaming Falun Gong. When Zhou Guiying firmly refused to cooperate, Zhang Tao and Yu Lina shocked her violently with electric batons until her face and thighs were severely burnt. They didn't stop until Zhou Guiying lost control of her bladder and bowels.

Guard Zhang Tao was exposed for his crimes several times two years ago, but he refuses to change his ways.
