Illegally On May 22, 2003, Ms. Zhang Weimin was arrested by police when she clarified the truth at South
Station Road. Currently her whereabouts are unknown. 2. [Nanchong City, Sichuan Province] Two Practitioners Are Abducted In mid-June, Ms. Jiang Subi and Mr. Huang Weihua were abducted by police. In addition, a
practitioner's home was ransacked. 3. [Donggang City, Liaoning Province] Police Arrest Many Practitioners The Donggang Police Station has abducted seventeen practitioners illegally since May of this
year. In June, five practitioners have been abducted illegally. On June 13, Ms. Cao Shuzhen and Ms.
Xu Guilan were abducted illegally, and three Dafa practitioners in Xiaodianzi Town were abducted. It
has been reported that police instigated criminals to beat Dafa practitioners. Among them Pan Wende

[Ziyang City, Sichuan Province] Police Arrest Elderly Practitioners 6. [Changchun City, Jilin Province] Dafa Practitioner Jiang Shuwen Is Detained in the Daguang
Detention Center Police unlawfully arrested Jiang Shufang and Jiang Shuwen at the end of May 2003. Two days later
they were released, but continued to be persecuted. At the beginning of June, the local policemen
came to Jiang Shuwen's home to arrest her. She was not at home, so the police went to her mother's
home to take Jiang Shuwen away. She is currently being detained in the Changchun Daguang Detention
Center. 7. [Wuhan City, Hubei Province] Wei Xingzhi Is Taken Away by Police Dafa practitioner Wei Xingzhi works in a kindergarten in Wuhan. She was arrested and persecuted.
She went to Beijing to validate Dafa in 2000, and was arrested and detained. At the beginning of
this year, she was released and came home. Now she is being persecuted again. The details of her
situation are unknown. 8. Fang Binxing Helps the Chinese Authorities Block the Internet It has been reported that the Internet blockade carried out by the Chinese authorities and the
National Information Industry Ministry is connected with a person called Fang Binxing. He comes from
Harbin Industry University and is 40 years old. Because of Feng's work in this area, he was given
special favors by the Jiang regime. 9. [Jiaohe City, Jilin Province] A Former Police Chief's Crimes of Persecuting Dafa Practitioners Sun Xuezhong was the former chief of the police department in Jiaohe city. Since taking the
position, he has persistently persecuted Dafa practitioners. Many practitioners were illegally
abducted and had confessions extorted from them with cruel torture. About 200 practitioners were
illegally detained. Each practitioner who went to Beijing to appeal was fined 3,000 to 5,000 Yuan**.
Over forty people were sent to labor camp without proper legal procedures. Five practitioners were
sent to labor camp twice. Many practitioners were detained several times. Whenever there were
so-called "sensitive days," policemen harassed Dafa practitioners. Many practitioners were
forced to leave home to avoid further persecution. 10. [Heilongjiang Province] A Former Head at the Fuyu Labor Camp Persecutes Dafa
Practitioners The former head of the No. 4 Team in Fuyu Labor Camp Jia Weijun beat Dafa practitioners viciously
many times and abused Dafa verbally. Once, while he was riding in a car, the car veered off into a
grove. Now he has all kinds of health problems and has been dismissed by his superiors. He was also
demoted. *The 610 Office is an agency specifically created to persecute Falun Gong, with absolute power
over each level of administration in the Party and all other political or judicial systems.
