An Account of the Crimes Committed by Wang Xianzeng and Xu Yingbin of Qinhuangdao City Police Department's First Division

(Clearwisdom.net) On June 7, 2003, the Qinhuangdao City "610 Office"* and police department jointly searched and arrested Dafa disciples and brutally tortured them. Some of them could not take the brutal torture and revealed the locations of Dafa material production sites. The police arrested everybody whose names were given, tortured them, and deprived them of sleep until they talked. If no information was given, the Dafa disciples were detained or sent to a forced labor camp. A total of 70 Dafa disciples were arrested, and quite a few Dafa materials production sites were destroyed, and tens of thousands of Yuan worth of equipment was lost. Almost every arrested Dafa disciple was brutally beaten and tortured, and their bodies were covered with wounds. The individuals who were directly involved in the crimes are Zhou Weidong, the head of Qinhuangdao City "610 Office"; Wang Xianzeng and Xu Yingbin, the division chief and deputy chief of police department's No.1 division (Xu Yingbin earned a promotion by persecuting Falun Dafa); and the Shanhaiguan City Police Department and "610 Office."

Wang Xianzeng and Xu Yingbin are very cruel and evil, and they torture and abuse Dafa disciples mercilessly. Their offices (located on the sixth floor) are their torture chambers. On June 13, 2003, Qinhuangdao City Dafa disciple Ms.Yang Yuzhu was arrested and taken to the sixth floor, and was brutally tortured and beaten there.

Ms. Yang Yuzhu, in her 50s, and her two sisters and two nieces were arrested many times in the past just because they practice Falun Dafa. Her two nieces, Sun Yang and Sun Hong, were illegally sent to a forced labor camp. The cruel torture and abuse left Sun Yang's mother blind and her arms broken. Yang Yuzhu was forced to leave her home to avoid the persecution. In order not to reveal fellow practitioners' names, she refused to cooperate with the police, and was brutally tortured and abused. Wang and Xu personally tried to extort a confession from Yang, and Xu even hired a few thugs to torture her as well as other Dafa disciples. Seven or eight people punched and kicked her, and hit her head with clubs. Yang's head had swollen lumps the size of a baseball. After the torture, they pushed her to the floor and pressed and ground her fingers under their boots, and dragged her on the floor by her handcuffs. Yang still refused to reveal any information. With thin nylon line, those hooligans tied her arms together all around and then forced her arms back into the form of a flying swallow. They also pinched her nose and poured water into her mouth. The thugs still didn't get any information, even though they tortured her for hours. Yang's entire body was covered with wounds and bruises. The evil persons, who are totally without conscience, couldn't even realize that they committed serious crimes. Instead, they continued to threaten Yang, "We will kill you if you don't talk."

On the morning of June 13, around 9 o'clock, unable to take the intolerable torture and abuse anymore, Yang Yuzhu jumped out of the window of Wang Xianzeng's office on the sixth floor, landed on the ground and suffered broken bones throughout her body. She is now hospitalized in Qinhuangdao City's People's Hospital, diagnosed with paralysis of the upper body.

The incident angered her family and the neighborhood. Even a few policemen who still had a conscience encouraged Yang's family to take legal action. Wang and Xu, the two individuals directly responsible for the incident, will be brought to justice eventually.

Similar incidents have happened in Qinhuangdao City before. Li Cuiyan, a Falun Gong practitioner, was forced to jump out of a fifth-floor window and became handicapped since then. In order to cover up the incident, the police confiscated Li's X-ray film and other documentation; also, a Shanhaiguan City Dafa practitioner died after being chased by police and jumping out of a building. The evil individuals who committed the crime blocked the news and threatened the family.

*"610 Office" is an agency specifically created to persecute Falun Gong, with absolute power over each level of administration in the Party and all other political and judiciary systems.
