Hou Zhihong was the most notorious prison guard in Section Six of Heizuizi Forced Labor Camp in Changchun city. After he was transferred to Section Seven at its inception, he has become the head of the team for direct persecuting Falun Gong practitioners . He is known for using torture and deception to coerce practitioners to write the so-called "Disassociation Statement" [A statement to declare a dissociation with Falun Gong and promise not go to Beijing to appeal for Falun Gong.] He would tell the practitioners that they would be released if they gave the statements. The prison guards also tell practitioners that "disassociation" means to "disassociate" with one's own bad thoughts and notions. But a former practitioner who turned against Dafa submitted it to the police after he added "disassociation with Falun Gong" on it. Jiang's regime has used money to seduce the prison guards to persecute Dafa practitioners. They get a bonus if they can force Falun Gong practitioners to write the so-called "disassociation statements." When I asked for my "disassociation statement" back, fearing that they would not get their bonus, several prison guards simultaneously began to beat me , hitting my face and chest with their fists, and slapping my mouth hard. Two prison guards shocked me with electric batons to the point that I fell on the floor, and continued shocking me after I got up. They tortured me every day. I also saw them beat and curse other practitioners. Some were tortured and badly beaten. I often heard their cries of pain. When the prison guards noticed that beating me did not work, they began taking turns talking to me, trying to wear me down mentally. They kept me from sleeping for long periods of time.

Particularly while being denied sleep, I became dizzy and not very clearheaded. Then, the prison guards would bombard me with a lot of propaganda. Whenever media was present, the forced labor camp prearranged for us to stop working and participate in social activities instead to fool the public.

Ms. Liu Shuqin, who is in her fifties, is from Songyuan, Jilin province. She was detained in Section One. She refused to cooperate with the evil from the moment she arrived until the time when she left the forced labor camp. Whenever she saw people, she would shout out, "Falun Dafa is good." Fearing this, the prison guards viciously beat her. But the more they beat her, the more she said it. In the end, they strung her across a big metal door with heavy chains, stretching her arms and legs out and shocking her with electric batons. Prison guard Su Yurong shocked her sensitive areas. Ms Liu, however, continued to shout, "Falun Dafa is good." Finally, the instructor ignored her. But, Ms Liu still continued to shout, and shouted whenever she saw the instructor. With no other way to stop her, the instructor secretly let her go home.
