California: Falun Gong Practitioners Conduct a Mock Trial of Jiang Zemin in San Francisco's Chinatown (Photos)

(Clearwisdom.net, August 18, 2003) The repression of Falun Gong practitioners by Jiang Zemin and the "610 Office" he created is persecution against human beings' kind nature, and is an attempt to destroy the core value of mankind's morality, "Truth-Compassion-Tolerance." On August 16, Falun Gong practitioners from the San Francisco Bay area went to the Garden Corner in San Francisco Chinatown and conducted a public mock trial of the chief criminal of the persecution, Jiang Zemin. On that day, constant streams of crowds passed by the Garden Corner. The public mock trial attracted much attention from the passersby.

Breaking though barriers and interference

Those behind the persecution are afraid to have their crimes exposed. They tried to use all means to cover up the facts about the Jiang regime's persecution of Falun Gong. As early as a week ago, when practitioners discussed conducting a symbolic public trial of Jiang Zemin in San Francisco's Chinatown, some practitioners who had their third eyes opened saw that in other dimensions, a dense mass of evil beings was coming over.

At 10 a.m. on August 16, Falun Gong practitioners from San Francisco bay area went to the Garden Corner Park in San Francisco's Chinatown and conducted a public mock trial. As soon as practitioners displayed posters, some onlookers started clamoring. Severe traffic jams also occurred on highways, which were usually unimpeded during weekends. Practitioners realized that this was the interference from the evil entities in other dimensions and immediately sent righteous thoughts to clear them away.

The trial was supposed to start at noon. However, some of the practitioners participating in the trial were still tied up in the traffic jam. Other practitioners did not put the blame on them, nor did they become anxious. Some practitioners continuously sent forth righteous thoughts, some helped with the set up. Practitioners realized that this was the most righteous trial, and no matter what trouble we encountered, we would definitely conduct the trial.

From the rehearsal to the final trial, some practitioners offered advice, some made display posters, and all of them actively participated in various preparations of the trial and put their abilities into play. During the trial, some practitioners who were going to be present in the tribunal were unable to come on time because of the traffic jam. Practitioners realized that this was interference and immediately sent righteous thoughts to clear way the evil factors behind it. In the end, the public trial went smoothly and concluded successfully.

On that day, many people watched the trial. An onlooker said that Jiang indeed persecuted Falun Gong. A person besides him said that it was not real. Another passerby told him that although he did not practice Falun Gong, he felt that Falun Gong was good and what the communist party said was false, which is typical for them. Falun Gong practitioners' actions have been peaceful and lawful.

During the trial, a number of Falun Gong practitioners delivered speeches one after another to expose Jiang's persecution against "Truth-Compassion-Tolerance" and millions of Falun Gong practitioners. Jiang did not only persecute Falun Gong, but he also persecuted and deceived the whole world through suppressing and slandering Falun Gong.

Mr. Bian Xuzhuang, a practitioner from Beijing who was recently rescued from Mainland China and came to the United States, represented Falun Gong practitioners who are being persecuted in China. He used his personal experiences to attest that the grand appeal on April 25, 1999 was a reasonable and lawful action of exercising the basic civil rights ensured by the Constitution. Jiang regime's story of a "siege" is nothing but lies and contradicts the facts. Mr. Huang Yuzheng, representative of the "Global Organization to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong" bore witness in the court and explained that the so-called "Tiananmen Square Self-Immolation" incident was absolutely a staged lie. Mr. Huang said that one could find many suspicious points if the CCTV's video of the incident was played in slow motion. American citizen, Dr. Charles Lee's fiancée Ms. Yeong-ching Foo also provided to the court testimony about Dr. Lee's unlawful imprisonment in China and the inhumane torture he endured in China's jail. This proved that Jiang's regime not only brutally persecuted Falun Gong practitioners in China, but they also extended this kind of persecution to other countries.

The prosecutor pointed out in his statement that a large quantity of evidence reveals that Jiang abused his power and caused a lot of harm to Falun Gong practitioners and Chinese people. He wantonly spent China's precious resources to ruthlessly persecute Falun Gong practitioners. He has committed countless crimes and cannot avoid bearing the responsibility. The prosecutor requested the court to make a just judgment.

In the end, the Judge solemnly pronounced the judgment: According to testimony and evidence provided by the witnesses, the evidence is verified to be conclusive. Jiang is pronounced guilty for committing genocide, torture, and crimes against humanity.
