Sweden: Telling people the Facts at the Malmo Food Festival

(Clearwisdom.net, Aug. 22, 2003) The annual Malmo Food Festival has arrived again. On the 16th of August, Dafa practitioners in Malmo went to the busiest street in the city centre to clarify the facts to people and spread the Fa. The number of people on the street was much more than usual, like an endless flow of water.

After we displayed banners, pictures of persecuted practitioners in China and information about the International Lawsuit against Jiang, people immediately came to sign our petition. We gave them materials and they were happy to receive them.

The sun was like a blazing fire, but practitioners were not concerned about this. Their strong righteous thoughts, calm and compassionate states of mind, beautiful exercises and heart-moving music attracted swarms of people who stopped and watched, took materials, asked for more information and signed the petition. Some people couldn't help themselves and began copying the exercises.

When Chinese tourists saw our exercise demonstration, they accepted our newspapers and materials without worry. This would never have happened about a year ago. Chinese people are really starting to see through Jiang's evil propaganda. In addition, practitioners also told them about Falun Dafa's worldwide spread and the global lawsuit against Jiang. They do not dare to take the materials back to China but they can take back the truth and tell their relatives and friends.

New Tang Dynasty TV reporters from Denmark also interviewed Falun Gong practitioners.
