Belgian French Radio RTBF reported on August 20:

Six Falun Gong practitioners sued Jiang Zemin, the former leader of China and the dictator of the regime. Falun Gong is banned in China. This cultivation practice originated in China and has now spread to sixty countries worldwide.

The plaintiffs are suing Jiang for genocide, crimes against humanity and crimes of torture under a new Belgian law. They are suing Jiang for attempting to destroy the cultivation practice of Falun Gong systematically in China. The case has been brought to court in our country because one of the plaintiffs is Belgian, which is a necessary facet of the case under the new Belgian law.
