Practitioner in a Labor Camp Tells Guards Solemnly, "I Tell You, I am being Persecuted!"
August 20, 2003 (Clearwisdom.net) Many common criminals held in the Changlinzi Forced
Labor Camp in Harbin City served as spies for the guards to monitor Dafa
practitioners. They often caused trouble and brought difficulties to the
practitioners, cursing Dafa practitioners on numerous occasions. If they found
the practitioners practicing the exercises, sending forth righteous thoughts or
reading or reciting Dafa articles, they would secretly report this to the
guards. The guards often assigned those common criminals to harass Dafa
practitioners as well. Common criminal Hou Zhenshan from Harbin City was very hostile to Dafa and
Dafa practitioners. He often looked for excuses to curse practitioners. One day,
practitioner Li Hongbin was hanging his quilt on the basketball court to dry it
in the sun. Li Hongbin put the quilt on the basket frame, but Hou Zhenshan
rudely intervened. Li Hongbin ignored his order, and later many guards came over
including the chief of the labor camp. The chief interrogated Li Hongbin,
"Why don't you follow his [a common criminal's]order?" Li
Hongbin said, "Why should I follow his order? What gives him
authority?" A guard then asked Li Hongbin, "So what gives you
authority?" Li Hongbin said solemnly, "What gives me authority? I'll
tell you, I'm being persecuted!" The guards had no word to answer, and
walked away unable to reply. Later, criminal Hou Zhenshan was transferred to the No.1 Division. He began
to receive karmic retribution, suffering from serious illnesses within two
months, and had scabies all over his body. No one from his family came to visit
him, and the odor from his body forced people to stay away from him.
