Officials at the National Security Bureau Say "Jiang's Days Are Numbered"

High level official "A" of the National Security Bureau in a certain city recently told a practitioner: "Falun Gong practitioners are all good people. You all need to cherish yourselves; we really do not want to control or persecute you. Many people are reluctant to take part in the persecution. It looks like Jiang's days are numbered."

High level official "B" of the National Security Bureau in a certain city declared: "To tell the truth, we wouldn't arrest any Falun Gong practitioners if we could help it. If the higher authorities did not force us to, we wouldn't want to do anything of the sort..."

High level official "C" of the National Security Bureau in a certain city said to a Falun Gong practitioner detained there: "I'd like to invite you out for dinner after you are released. Let's deeply discuss Falun Gong. Why do so many people practice and believe in Falun Gong? People like you: powerful, rich, and privileged, and yet, still believe in Falun Gong? Why do all of you listen to Li Hongzhi? How come over 100 million people called him 'Teacher' from the bottom of their hearts? After you are released, I will definitely look for you. In the past, my father wanted to practice Falun Gong."

A vice director from a National Security Bureau at a certain city said to a Falun Dafa practitioner detained there: "Both my father and I practiced Falun Gong in the past. I know that is truly good, but after it was banned I stopped practicing. When I saw that so many practitioners were arrested, I felt miserable. I have no power to release you. Authorities from the departmental and provincial government are here. All I can do is to reduce your suffering within the limits of my responsibilities, take good care of you, and to say something good about you. Yesterday I got a verbal warning. No matter what, I will try my best. Many people, who are intelligent like you, are detained here. They were destroyed by Jiang Zemin, simply because they have their own beliefs. Ah! To tell the truth, I feel miserable about all of this."
