Radio France Internationale broadcast the following report in Mandarin on August 4th, to Mainland China and the Chinese areas of Paris.

The Paris-based branch of the China Democratic Party and Falun Gong practitioners held a conference yesterday to call for the judgment of Jiang's crimes. The following report is from our correspondent Wang Lu:

A group of more than fifty people, composed of China Democratic Party members who are based in Paris and Falun Gong practitioners, held a conference in the Chinese Culture and Education Centre in Paris. The title of the conference may surprise you when you hear it. It was actually called, the "Conference of the Global Lawsuit against People's Enemy Jiang Zemin."

Wu Jiang, chairman of the China Democratic Party in France, exposed the facts about Jiang Zemin's tyranny in the past thirteen years. He also talked about the three things that Jiang Zemin represents: "a representative for Genocide", "a representative for selling off Chinese territory", and "the greatest representative for tyranny". He stated that Jiang Zemin ought to be sent to the International Criminal Court.

Zhang Jianping from the "World Organization to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong" accused the 610 Office* of using cruel methods of persecution against Falun Gong practitioners under Jiang's command. He said that they have committed unforgivable crimes of genocide and crimes against humanity, and should be openly prosecuted based on international law. Zhang Jianping said that up to this point, the number of Falun Gong practitioners beaten to death in China has been known to be about 800 and hundreds of thousands have been cruelly tortured, beaten, and spiritually abused. Two female Falun Gong practitioners spoke at the conference about their painful experiences in suffering from various forms of torture and abuse.

There was an international organization behind the conference called "Global Coalition for Bringing Jiang to Justice". The China Democratic Party and Falun Gong are both members of the Preparation Committee of the coalition [Editor's Note: Falun Gong is not a member of the coalition.]. Other members of the coalition include more than 40 non-governmental organizations, such as the Global Coalition Against Article 23 Legislation, China Peace, Amnesty China, China Democracy Association, The Press of Overseas Chinese Students, the Committee to Investigate the Persecution of Religions in China, New England Life and Science Research Association and the Boston New Life and Culture Centre.

*The 610 Office is an agency specifically created to persecute Falun Gong, with absolute power over each level of administration in the Party and all other political or judicial systems.
