The Persecution of Dafa Practitioner Ms. Han Fulan in Shibalihe Forced Labor Camp, Henan Province

Ms. Han Fulan, 24 years old, lives in Xiaodian, Yanjin County, Henan Province. She was detained in the Shibalihe Women's Forced Labor Camp after appealing in Beijing. She succumbed to brainwashing during her detention period and was released in June 2001. She soon realized her mistake after doing more Fa study, and re-dedicated herself to safeguarding the Fa. She was again arrested when clarifying the truth of Dafa. In February 2002, she was sent to the Shibalihe Women's Forced Labor Camp for a second time.

Ms. Han Fulan insisted on sharing about and practicing Falun Gong, and as a result was beaten many times by collaborators [Former Falun Gong practitioners who have gone astray due to brainwashing and torture.] One day, before beginning to do the Falun Gong exercises, she was taken away by the police and did not return until four days later on March 22. When four collaborators brought her back to her cell, her face was pale and yellow, her hands red and swollen, and she could not stand on her own nor was she able to walk. It was said that some of the guards had beaten her under the orders of the labor camp chief officer. This is totally contrary to what Jiang's regime has advertised: "Educate them [Falun Gong practitioners] with love and care."
