I have recently noticed that some practitioners still have not completely realized the importance of the Minghui/Clearwisdom website, and I would like to share my understanding of its role in Fa-rectification cultivation, which I gained from personal experience.

After July 20, 1999, although I continued to study the Fa and practice the exercises, my human attachments grew increasingly stronger, causing me to eventually become very unlike what a cultivator should be. One day, I finally broke through the [Jiang regime's] Internet blockade and managed to connect to the Clearwisdom/Minghui website. For a period of time, I constantly studied the Fa and read articles on Clearwisdom for around twelve hours each day. During this period, I experienced doubt, hesitation and shock, and sometimes wept bitterly. Finally, I realized how far I had drifted away from the requirement of Fa-rectification cultivation. After intensely studying the Fa and fellow practitioners' articles about Fa-rectification cultivation, I took the first steps of my journey along the path of validating the Fa. Precisely because I was able to read Teacher's new articles as soon as they were published, as well as articles that exposed the evil and experience-sharing articles of fellow practitioners, I was able to free myself from the restrictions imposed on me by the old forces. So, in addition to my personal cultivation, I had melted into the grand current of validating the Fa.

Sometimes, when my state of Fa-validation was not so good, I could feel that my various negative attachments, such as the pursuit of comfort, feelings of tiredness or drowsiness and craving relaxation, were obviously very strong. In my heart, I especially wanted to create truth-clarification material, yet no matter how hard I tried, I just couldn't seem to sit down and do it. As time passed by, I felt that I was at a loss. At times like these, as soon as I logged on to see the Clearwisdom website, or even as soon as I saw the words, "Falun Dafa Clearwisdom Website," I could feel my mind beginning to clear. After calmly reading several articles, I would become completely clearheaded. I would then send forth righteous thoughts, and create truth-clarification materials, and the restrictions of evil were completely eliminated. In this manner, I repeatedly broke through the evil interference and persisted in Fa-validation.

Constantly reading the articles of fellow practitioners on Clearwisdom, and contrasting their righteous thoughts and actions with those of my own, has enabled me to quickly discover my shortcomings. Whenever I discovered a gap, it was as if it were a basin of clean water, washing away my human mentality and helping me to recognize and eliminate my attachments right away. Whenever I had difficulty finding my attachments and felt at loss for it, or whenever I found my attachments but could not get rid of them, I could always find an article dealing with the same problem posted on Clearwisdom, which I would then use to discover and eliminate my attachments.

For example, for a period of time I had been very upset over my inability to get rid of my jealousy, but on Clearwisdom there appeared a western practitioner's article, sharing his experience of eliminating jealousy. After reading it several times, I was able to get rid of that jealousy. Recently, I discovered that my jealousy had begun to resurface, but the Clearwisdom website again posted a practitioner's understanding that analyzed the nature of jealousy in depth. I read the article again and again, and my jealousy completely disappeared. Many times, when conflicts occurred, I would search inside myself for the source, but either could not find it or was uncertain whether I had found it. On those occasions, I could always find an experience-sharing article on Clearwisdom that would help me, thus enabling me to eliminate my attachments again and again.

In one instance, I wanted to read the current day's articles on Clearwisdom, but in each of several attempts, I kept entering the website of a previous date, and I wondered what was wrong. When carefully browsing through the titles, however, I found an article that touched on the issue of my attachments, and after carefully reading it several times, was able to easily solve the problem that had been bothering me. There were also times when I would come across articles that I wanted to skip without reading, but I would then get an unsettling feeling, so I forced myself to carefully read those articles. Each time, I discovered that they precisely touched on attachments that I had been reluctant to eliminate.

Continually reading fellow practitioners' articles on Clearwisdom has helped me to sort through the bits and pieces of my understanding, and to clarify my thoughts. It has also helped me to understand the Fa-principles from the Fa, and to catch up within the Fa-rectification process. It is not by accident that fellow practitioners' articles are posted on Clearwisdom. They reflect the understanding of practitioners during this particular period of time concerning the progress of Fa-rectification. The Fa itself has expanded the wisdom of Falun Dafa practitioners, helping them to stay in step with the progress of Fa-rectification. The reason these articles are posted on the Clearwisdom website is to stimulate discussion among practitioners. We can thereby improve our understanding of the Fa-principles together. It is also the Fa's requirement that Falun Dafa practitioners should do so, and it is therefore one that we should meet. It is not by accident that during each period of time there have always been articles that represent practitioners' understanding that are unique to that period of time, concerning the progress of Fa-rectification. It is one of the comprehensive cultivation forms arranged by Teacher. The magnificent righteous thoughts and actions of many Falun Dafa practitioners and their clear understanding of the Fa-principles is something worthy of our reference.

For example, after Teacher's article "Beyond the Limits of Forbearance" was published, I had a vague feeling that Teacher had already unlocked some of our supernormal capabilities, and that it was time for us to use the abilities of our divine side to assist in Fa-rectification. Then, when Teacher's lectures and the Clearwisdom website specifically detailed the need for sending forth righteous thoughts, I joined the force without hesitation. Other articles, such as "Tathagata," "Do Not Forget Cultivation Amidst Fa-Rectification While Eradicating the Evil (With Master's Comments)" and "What is True Kindness (Shan) and Master's Comments: Fa-Rectification and Cultivation," are all righteous articles with clear thoughts.

More recent articles, such as "To Practitioners Who Clarify the Truth Via TV," also offer deep insights that are worthy of our reference. When I read "Singing the Praises of Master and Dafa *With Master's Comment," I couldn't help but applaud it with praise. How wonderful it is! This article further exemplifies Falun Dafa practitioners' understanding of the Fa-principles as their understanding matures with the progress of Fa-rectification. If every practitioner had this clear understanding, the evil elements really wouldn't have any place to hide.

As each practitioner's path is different, so are the ways in which we are tested. Within each period of time, however, the levels to which the Fa requires that every practitioner ascend have many commonalities. For example, the conflicts that I recently experienced involved looking from different angles at whether I actually had, and was acting in accordance with the "understanding and tolerance" of a Falun Dafa practitioner. Meanwhile, I concurrently noticed the discussions of this issue by various practitioners on Clearwisdom. I don't think this happened by chance. The Fa is requiring us to completely change our selfish nature, and thus reach the "understanding and tolerance" of a Falun Dafa practitioner.

The method that each practitioner uses to validate the Fa is individually different. However, some important Fa-rectification activities indeed require the participation of Falun Dafa practitioners, both in China and overseas, in joint efforts. For example, the simultaneous global sending forth of righteous thoughts and the case to bring Jiang to justice both require the attention and joint effort of all Falun Dafa practitioners. This is also the manifestation of the Fa-power of practitioners as a whole. Keeping in close touch with the Clearwisdom website allows our participation to be timely, so that the Fa-power as a whole will not be diminished due to the absence of those who were not simultaneously informed.

On my path of validating the Fa over the past few years, I've come to deeply feel that, in terms of the three things that Teacher has required of us, the advantage that Clearwisdom offers is indeed very important. I honestly hope that practitioners who have not really paid much attention to the Clearwisdom website, will please realize its important role in Fa-rectification cultivation.
